Palette Resort Myrtle Beach

It was spacious and comfortable There were long hairs all in the shower and on the bathroom floor. There were not enough towels and there were NO kitchen utensils to use in the kitchen.

How caring the staff was ! The stove was a little rusty .. the construction was happening everywhere but didn’t really effect anything

kitchen was very old and beat up, patio door wouldnt latch all in all ok for the cost and for only a night or 2. front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

This place was pretty good on bang for buck. The hostess and Sholanda supervisor was really concerned about an issue I was having. She went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible! Pallette...You are blessed to have her and the staff . I would stay here again

It had a great view of ocean and bed was huge

Wanted a ocean front room was told they didn't have one lie number 1,rooms been redone still needs work balcony small with little side view not pool nor hot tub while renovating was very disappointing and upsetting for the price I paid wasn't worth 95 a night couldn't get a refund or anything

It was bugs in the bed I talked to the night host and he was so rude to us and didn’t fix the problem but I will never book with them again

There were stains on the bed and it smelt like cigarettes. It was not like the photos at all.

I had a roof over my head! To much construction going on in the hotel! No parking! No amenities.

There were multiple issues with our stay. The fire alarm kept chirping as if the battery was dead, the tub does not drain when you are showering and it took quite a while to drain when you are done, the bathroom in the room was not well maintained and missing hand soap and towels,and there were multiple cleanliness issues throughout the facility. Although the pictures online make this look like a nice resort, the reality isn't even close. I will say that the check in staff was kind. After the first night, we decided to check out early and found another place to stay. We worked with Expedia in an attempt to have the two other nights refunded. Expedia called the "resort" on our behalf and was misled multiple times that the manager was unavailable, even though we had spoken with her and she advised us to have Expedia call. We are still waiting on the refund and overall disappointed.
