This vacation was our first time at Myrtle Beach and it was so soo good! the Sea Crest resort is soo family friendly, my kids had a blast. The amount of indoor and out door water areas was AWESOME!! They went down the frog slide a million times, literally! Our room was clean and anything we needed was taken care of quickly. We realized upon arrival our back balcony door did not lock and I was uncomfortable having 3 young kids with open access to the balcony. They had maintenance up to our room within the hour. The cafe was nice and convenient. Check in and check out was smooth. It was never hard to find parking in the garage. We LOVED everything about our stay and will definitely be back!! :)

Would be nice if there was a restaurant in the hotel and other food options- there was only that one restaurant located next-door to the property. Rooms were little worn down and needed a good deep cleaning and updates paint and couch . Outside of buildings looks like they needed to be painted too . Give 3 stars.

Customer service was not the best, and they kept me waiting for over 30 minutes to check in with my kids, and they wanted to charge me extra money even though I paid the full amount in advance but because they had to change my reservation to a other room so that shouldn’t be my fault, otherwise it was good place for the kids

Location is the best feature, place is clean and has comfortable beds. I missed having extra sheets. The sleep 7 option is very tight, had to pay for a second room for privacy once we were adults not couples. Otherwise everything was fine for a 1 day stay.
