After this trip she quickly said that we will be coming back and staying longer. The pool was amazing, not just the wife and kids, but for me as well. I normally don’t get in the community pools because of overcrowding, but they had several pool areas which made it much more accessible. The lazy river loop was a hit. The mini suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. We loved that we could wash our dirty clothes before we left in the in-suite laundry room. The fridge wasn’t very cold for whatever reason but it did its job. All in all, if the wife didn’t have anything negative to say, I think most people would enjoy staying here.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the pool area was also very clean and enjoyable. I love this resort because it is very family-friendly, with activities and amenities for both kids and adults. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. The only issue we experienced was with the concierge. We were promised a specific incentive for attending the timeshare presentation, but the next day, the concierge manager did not honor what we had been told. That was disappointing, but aside from that, everything else about our stay was excellent.

Great service

Its an OK hotel . We were there with owners but we were not . They had a nice room which in our opinion was worth nightly price however if your not a member of vacation club the rooms are lacking and the parking is terrible furthermore people park their personal cars there in handicap spaces with no placard or plate to show for it and they just let them sit in those spots taking up spaces for people who really need them . The resort itself was nice with lots to do there and pools are excellent . But rooms themselves need work or at least an upgrade there were mold spots in cabinets drawers and the vinyl was peeling off the cabinets . Not exactly what you expect at that price

They try to sell you on buying a vacation club membership.

My check in person kept yawning the whole time checking me in. Couldn’t really get questions answered like I wanted to.

Attentive, responded quickly and very friendly. Very close to so many places! I had hoped the shower would have had a showerhead/hose. Thats always a nice touch. Also wish the restaurants were open a little later for on resort dining.

Clean, family friendly property! Will definitely be our go to hotel when we’re not staying on the beach.
-
The property was very nice. Clean. The activities were disappointing. There was a lot fee that were not mentioned. Like 20.00 a day to park your car. The 20.00 a day for parking. The pools were disappointing.
-
Staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The resort was nice Our room had bugs pretty bad...mosquitoes and gnats.. even after it was sprayed the second day it was still bad
-
Rooms are very spacious and clean

The kids enjoyed the pools and basketball court. I didn't like we had to pay for parking $90 after paying over $1,300 for 4 day's thinking parking should have been included.
-
I don't like that you have to pay $20 for parking for some where are staying and paying not great..

Great stay

It was nice, but the spiders and cockroaches were a bummer for me. It was my 8-year-old and me, and we are both terrified of bugs. I had a one-bedroom on the 4th floor#144, so hopefully, they will exterminate. They also need to clean the staircases of all the spider webs. The pool was great. I did inform them about the bugs during checkout.

Great activities for the family. Convenient location. Clean, Quiet, spacious, comfortable rooms!

I was told we were not able to eat the continental breakfast unless we were owners. I was disappointed when I was told we had to pay 20 ea. car for parking and we were not able to eat the continental breakfast unless we were owners or were given some type of slip.
