The location to shops were great! Activities for children on site I think furniture needs upgrading & balcony needed to be cleaned because there were spider webs on top porch screen & floor of balcony needed cleaning

They had basketball courts and a gym. All the pools were broken except one. They made you pay $20 extra a day for parking. The room had a dead water bug in the bathroom and body hair in the tub still.

The resort was nice and clean. However, the amount we paid for a room (over 500$ a night) with previous water damage that was patched up horribly and seemed squishy to indicate it was still leaking, cracked ceilings, broken shower doors etc was the most disappointing.

Well first of all my family and I stayed at this property before and we liked it, we made a reservation for a full week for a two bedroom two bathroom, balcony, the reservation was made way ahead of time, booked throw Expedia, driving from New York we all know a pretty long drive so when you get there you just want to get to the room and relax, the check in took way to long, they stuck us way in the back of the resort, they told me we can get the room exchanged in the morning, did not happen the front desk told me in the morning that they have a specific area of the resort for the Expedia bookings, I guess the worsts area that did not make sense because prior when we stayed here we booked through Expedia and stayed in a different area of the resort I guess rules change, the place its nice and they respond to all requests I must say this but when it comes to cleaning its not the best, the room was ok but the floor in the balcony was dirty and stained, the hallways of the resort were dirty, not mapped , spider web all around, the elevator floor was not clean and when I reported spillage right by the elevator door it was not cleaned at least for the few days we were there other then that location was good and convenient

Cleanliness of all the facilities. Easy access to pools. Easy checkouts. Checkin had confused my first and last name resulting in a slight delay of access at entrance.

I loved everything....my villa was clean and neat.....the staff was extremely nice.....I like that it is walking distance from the Broadway beach. I will be coming back again. You all get an A+

staff did not check in on you to see if you had any questions. Phone in room did not work and no listed numbers to call if you needed help.

I love the property I been booking here for the last five years but I don’t like how they up the price of my room and also they starting to charge 20 dollars a night for parking is ridiculous like they making up the own prices I don’t think I’m going back there they use to be my favorite hotel my booking price went from 446 to 664 or something like they definitely robbing people I love the area. It’s nice out there, but I’m just gonna book somewhere else for now.
