If you don't want a generic concrete chain hotel this is the place for you! Beautiful and charming! Perfect location to drive to dinner or walk to First street outdoor mall! Breakfast was made to order and on fancy plates, not to mention delicious! The rooms were lovely and the bed was so comfortable. They had and a fireplace and AC, perfect for any weather condition. A definitely don't miss opportunity.

The two buildings of the Napa Inn and Spa were both very well maintained, cozy, and cute. We stayed in the "Simeon's Quarters" room, which had a lot of extra room (I snuck a peak at some of the other rooms when they were being cleaned and while they were nice, they were significantly less spacious). We enjoyed the jetted tub one evening, at first it seemed like it was not working, but eventually we figured out how to turn it on. The highlight was the breakfast each morning - the dining room was comfortable and the food was really excellent. Portions were large and you could tell a lot of effort went into making a different main course each morning. Homemade truffles to take back afterwards was also appreciated. Location was also very good, a short 10-ish min walk to Main St so we didn't hear the crowds at night but could get around easily. The only real downside of our room is that the TV was off to the left of the bed, so it was not super comfortable to watch it at the end of the evening. There was an armchair that faced the TV a little better, but that was only big enough for one of us. This is admittedly a very minor complaint though. We've been to Napa 3 other times and this was definitely the best place we've stayed in the city.

Breakfast was also very good. One small suggestion would be to include toast, butter and jam with the full breakfast, which would make it feel a little more complete. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to others.

Good location in downtown Napa right near Rt29 and Silverado Trail to explore wineries in the valley. The staff is friendly, room was comfy but needs maintenance and some upkeep. Fresh made breakfast was good.

1/ good location, walkable to downtown (10m) 2/ parking is available 3/ breakfast is served in three slots, family style 4/ rooms have a large bathtub which is nice 1/ the carpets seemed old in the room and the room itself isn't very large 2/ i ordered the veggie breakfast but was served meat - i had confirmed before them serving me (they need a day in advance breakfast order) - it's also a very rich breakfast (everything had too much sugar in it - incl the granola, juice, cake, homemade chocolate) 3/ no basic amenities like a dental kit in the room, just one bottle of water (which didn't seemed filtered)

The room was listed as ADA compliant. My friend has had bilateral hip replacement, and a single knee replacement. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. To access the bathroom, one had to bend over due to the narrow BR door was ~ 5 ft tall. Some staff member was curt and bordered on rudeness. The breakfast was satisfactory. I would not recommend this place.

Location, safe & quite. Staff was there when we checked in and provided with all the info we need regarding the inn. The inn is very clean, bed comfortable and provided us with options to enjoy at their facility - in room coffee, teas, cocoa & water available anytime. It's not liking actually, it's more off advise as safety for their customer.... Maybe the bath tub on our room might posed a safety liability. Too deep and no mat for slip prevention. Maybe they can thinked about as safety precaution.

Super cute old house a 15 min walk from downtown. Lydia the inn keeper was so kind and thoughtful, and her breakfast was homemade and delicious! As is noted in the listing, this is a 100+ year old house with much of it's original charm, meaning no elevator and creaky stairs as much as it means a gorgeous parlor with games and seating area. I stayed in Madeline's Suite and loved spending my time on the balcony and enjoying the huge jet bath tub. Certainly a highlight of my time in Napa!

Lovely b&b! Great location a short walk from downtown, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast each morning was DELICIOUS, the inkeeper was so lovely and it was nice having an area downstairs to relax, do a puzzle and have a cup of tea or glass of wine in the afternoon. Would highly recommend!

The room was very nice. We did have some ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed conversation with the other guests. Staff was very helpful. Parking was great. We will certainly return!😊

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a night and we absolutely loved it. The place has a nice vintage look/ambience and it's also quiet and cozy. The location is perfect, close enough to walk down to downtown Napa but far enough from the nightlife noise. The host Lydia is really friendly and she prepared a delicious home made breakfast for all of us before leaving. Definitely coming back!

Such a cute, beautiful inn. Old school, Victorian architecture. Loved the breakfast…it was lovely to interact with the guests :)

I absolutely loved my stay! The location was within walking distance of downtown Napa and a short drive to several wineries. A room was comfortable and the food for breakfast rival any restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Kudos to Lydia for her outstanding food and hospitality. Yes, the place could use some upkeep, but this in no way distracted from the property. I can’t really think of anything I would’ve changed.
