Such a cute, beautiful inn. Old school, Victorian architecture. Loved the breakfast…it was lovely to interact with the guests :)

I absolutely loved my stay! The location was within walking distance of downtown Napa and a short drive to several wineries. A room was comfortable and the food for breakfast rival any restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Kudos to Lydia for her outstanding food and hospitality. Yes, the place could use some upkeep, but this in no way distracted from the property. I can’t really think of anything I would’ve changed.

Misleading picture of the room we chose on line. The bathroom was totally different.

We enjoyed our stay at the Napa Inn. The suite was roomy for our family. The breakfasts were out of this world!
-
Great location and affordability. Amazing breakfast.
-
Our room was ready at check-in time.
-
Location, host and charm. The shower was a very small area in our room.

Outstanding hospitality, Great food, wonderful location!!!!

The whole experience was wonderful. I traveled with my daughter. We had a marvelous time. Our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The breakfast experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and informative. Couldn't have asked for a better time The delayed flight.

No tooth brush or shower-cap or nobody if you need something.

Good location, wonderful breakfast and a lovely room.

Location to venue was great. Breakfast at the Inn on First was excellent.

Do not expect a traditional B&B experience. We were greeted with an envelope left on the front counter. When we needed a wine opener, there was no one around to ask. The greatest disappointment was breakfast. Breakfast was served a block away in another inn. Breakfast consisted of a stale slice of bread with a swipe of refried beans and melted cheese & a few cold potatoes. No eggs offered. Clearly all made hours beforehand. Left to find a decent breakfast elseware.

The location was great the breakfast was excellent and Janet was very pleased and helpful We had a very noisy neighbour in the next room witch make one night very unpleasant but spoke to Janet in the morning at breakfast she said she would fix it

The air conditioner was quiet which was great. There was a clawfoot bathtub, and the water was hot. The bathroom was modern, and clean, very nice. The property was very shady, and the honeysuckle was fragrant. Plenty of parking, tricky to find at first, but secluded, and ample. Live Direct TV, but no apps available for entertainment. The house was cozy, and clean. They serve breakfast at the Inn on 1st next door, it's a little hard to find the dining room. Food was good, but a little sparce.

Nice and cozy

Very good location, very welcoming and cozy, desk staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, plenty of free parking. Breakfast was delicious, but not located on site. This should be made apparent in the property description. Breakfast protein dishes were vegetarian, with no other options. This information should also be more specifically stated in the property description.

Such a cute place. Comfortable and everyone was so nice! The claw bathtub was the best part of the room, I could’ve laid in there for hours.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. The room is a little dated and may need some repairs but overall we enjoyed staying at the Napa Inn. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond, want to give a special shout out to Melinda and to Melissa, they were amazing! The location is only a 10 minute walk to downtown. There is parking onsite but you can also park on the street no problem. I would definitely stay here again. The carpet in the room could use a change, but overall thats the only downsize of the room.
