Clean room, great breakfast, polite clerk (although she wasn’t at the desk for a full five minutes, because she was helping someone). Maybe a second person at the desk during peak times would help. There was no way to adjust the air conditioner so the room was not as cool as we would have preferred. Overall, a decent stay and we would definitely go back if we are in the area.

Check-in took a half hour as the guest prior was having difficulty being overcharged. Main areas were a bit dirty with stained carpets. Needed to walk upstairs (no elevator). That wasn’t big deal for us tho. We didn’t try breakfast. Room was decent but they put us next to the garbage area so we’re waken at 5am by huge bangs and clanging of it being opened and other noises early AM. Not awful but probably wouldn’t stay again

Very nice place well kept , comfortable . Breakfast good NO oatmeal or hard boiled eggs . Coffee was delicious

Clean basic motel but no elevator

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean and bathroom was nicely updated. Hallways and common area could use a spruce up. Staff was very responsive to a maintenance issue I had. Would stay here again.

It was a old inn and it was outdated but spacious and clean. Staff was helpful when i checked in. Limited parking, i ended up taking the spot of the end of shift employee going home.

I’d stay here again. The room was very clean and updated. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was much better than I had anticipated. The pool was a wonderful addition too. A few things- the hallways were very dark. The rooms were dark too. The hallway also had no a/c and seemed to have heat on (in August). It was oppressive to walk in the hallway. The carpet on the stairs was very stained. But the negatives didn’t take away from our stay. Overall, it was a great spot for the night.

Rooms were updated and clean, but general facility was a bit dated.

The eggs were swimming in water. I get having steam but that coupled with the fact you could tell they were powdered eggs (or that gross egg concoction Ive seen other places use - like egg beaters) Bread dried out because of how they 'display' it.

Great stay with large room, great staff, solid breakfast. Our only reservation: the room was dim--needs more lighting.

Breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean. The shower gel was the worst i have ever used. Half bottle to get a small amount of lather during my shower.

Clean room, HUGE room, comfy bed. If you prefer firmer pillows, bring your own but otherwise, my boyfriend and I had a fantastic time!!

Hotel was old but well kept. Great location, right off the highway.

We loved our stay! After traveling all day it was a great place to spend the night. It was clean, spacious, recently renovated and the breakfast was perfect. If we’re in the area again, I would definitely rebook. Staff were pleasant and helpful. After staying at a few questionable places, this rental was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend

The location was great. Brookline NH and The Andres Institute of Art and Sculpture garden! Amazing! Squam Lakes Natural Science Center in Holderness NH. www.nhnature.org Loons and chicks, and Bald eagles as well as the beautiful scenery. Across the road is an impressive collection of native NH birds and animals that were hurt and could not be rehabilitated and returned to the wild. Birds of prey, mountain lion, bobcats, otters, foxes, lynx, black bear, whitetail deer, small mammals, and more!

The pool was great

Large sized room. Easy to get to.
