Complementary Breakfast is a nice perk. Would've been nice to have a few more options (more toppings for oatmeal, additional fruit, unflavored yogurt). See comments above.

We requested no room access, and yet they came in to "refresh" towels. When they left our room was left ajar/open all day. While it was a non-issue, it could have been devastating!

Welcoming crew at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful. The included breakfast was a great addition to our stay.

The size and layout of the room was nice. We liked that we had a table and two comfy chairs to sit in. The beds were comfortable. And the staff was very nice. The air conditioning unit was rather strange. It would give cool temps, but if I turned up the temperature in the morning, instead of turning off, it would start putting out heat. Strange. The door to our room was very hard to open. Breakfast on our second day there was out of a lot of basic foods. No orange juice, no butter, no cream cheese, no jams for the bread.

During our stay, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed sheets had what appeared to be a urine stain, which was unacceptable. In addition, the tissue box was almost empty and had not been refilled, and there was no toilet paper refill available in the room. We reported these issues to the front desk at checkout.
