Also tell maid service not to be chating in halls as they clean in the early morning before some people are up. Other than that it was very nice.

Clean room, safe area, close to downtown, would recommend a stay here

The Expedia booking page said the pull out couch is a double, it’s a twin. We ended up needing to get a cot for the 4th member of our room that barely fit. This isn’t on the hotel however, had we checked we would have seen the discrepancy as the hotel website does say it’s a twin not a double, so this is an Expedia error. Overall the hotel is convenient to everything and well maintained. The rooms, including beds, bathrooms, shower, etc were very clean.

The first room I was given was already occupied. But as soon as I went down to the front desk, they apologized profusely and gave me a new room right away so other than that, the day was perfect thank you

Under-staffed. No maid service.

The Nashua Marriott did not clean up our room after our first night stay. We were told this is new policy that room is only refreshed after second night stay. We had problems that small trash cans were overflowing by third day, ran out of fresh towels and washcloths.

Room was musty smelling. Engine says free breakfast but hotel says you have to pay for it. Very disappointed in the hotel and Engine for false information about the hotel breakfast situation.

We checked in late, and they had given our room away with two double beds to somebody else even though we had paid for it. So one of his had to sleep on a little hard convertible bed which was not a pleasant experience. The guy checking if in worked really hard to give us an alternative but the woman who was obviously in charge was rude and could care less. The room was very nice the bathroom was great and clean, the property was okay I love the area that it is in. It was just not a good experience with the room and the rudeness

Everything was great except for Expedia. Breakfast was supposed to be included in my Expedia reservation. The hotel said it was not.

I booked kinda last minute due to my entire apartment complex losing power.. and with children that's a no go esp with no time frame in sight for when it would be coming back. Nicole allowed me to check in early with my children and was beyond kind and courteous.

Rarely do 'Courtyard' properties have F&B, but Marriott did this right...!!

I had a very good stay. However, I attempted to order a movie and it did not go through. No one explained to me that a $20 charge for amenities would be charged to my credit card. I’m from out of state and the state I live in, Hotels don’t charge $20 to my credit card. For amenities.

The room was dusty - I think from the a/c unit. The walls in the hallway were crumbling. The distance from the room to the elevator was quite long and I had multiple bags to carry (no one offeredt to help with them). The electric signage outside, on top of the building was out.

We had a nice stay. The rooms prices were reasonable. The beds were comfortable, great pillows. Everything was clean and as you would expect it to be. We would come again.

Overall our stay was great. The only issue I experienced was in the pool. It is clearly displayed that children under 14 must be with an adult, however there was a group of boys that were not with any adults and they were being obnoxious and rude.

The rooms were clean and nice. We thought there was a free breakfast, but this was not the case.

The property was good but the beds were hard & uncomfortable and the bathroom sink & tub drained very slowly.
