We booked a room for 5 with double beds and weren’t allowed a roll out bed. One bed had feelings of sand. When we spoke to the front desk they offered a new room which we took, no questions asked. The shower however had zero heat upon arriving in the room and the heat was turned down to 50. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great we went for a wedding and it was a lot of fun and the room was very clean

The good area not enough help for staff . The night before the poor lady was all alone doing everything she did great !!! This morning the poor guy was alone trying to do everything very overwhelmed .

The room had pests in it. In this case, large beetle-type creatures which the staff informed me were "stink bugs." There is no excuse for this at a Marriott. I stay at plenty of 4 and 5 star hotels annually, and some 3 star depending on what is available. This facility was old, unkept and filled with pests apparently. The first night, I observed 2 spiders in the room. I let it pass. The second day, I observed 5 stink bugs on my desk and on the room curtains. The staff told me they were "harmless." I am no etymologist, but I also do not trust hotel staff (in a dirty facility) to be experts either.

Great location, easy in and out. We stayed for one night and left early in the morning so we didn't use any amenities but they looked inviting

Staff was really helpful. The fan in my room kept turning off and on duringthe night when I was tryingto sleep. When I called they offered me a new room. I decided to just pack up and leave only because if I had to pack up to switch rooms, I might just continue the journey home. 3 stars because of the fan not working properly. Staff was great though.

It didn’t see like a good effort on keeping the place nice and presentable. Tile broken on elevator, my room service didn’t go the first night I was there. Poo/training area not available for me.

Super hot day. Airconditioner didn't work. It was during the night, that we realized that it wasn't working. I was supposed to get an email from Courtyard by Marriott. I got one that wanted details. I gave them details and never heard back.

Also tell maid service not to be chating in halls as they clean in the early morning before some people are up. Other than that it was very nice.
