The staff is extremely accommodating

Room was clean, staff was helpful. I was disappointed that I hadnto request dinnerware, cutlery and pans. There were no bowls available and the nonstick pan was severely scratched. I booked here to have access to the items and was disappointed to have you call the front desk and go pick them up.

Really, there wasn’t anything specific I liked. No awning to load or unload in the rain. Weird and terrible smells randomly through the building..apparently only one plunger for the entire building and when we needed something we were just told to check back to see if anyone happened to return it.. so we went to the store and bought a plunger. There was left trash, something stuck to the counters, and items in the bathroom from the previous guest. There was hair between the sheets in the bed.. and the WiFi would not load even enough to allow us to put in our room number and connect. Also, the fridge did not work, the ice trays were disgusting and there was no ice machine anywhere. Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows are so bad it’s like almost nothing there. Will not return.

Check in was fine. Good location, for my needs. Lots of noise in the room, from neighbors, after normal hours. Was unable to get to sleep, and left for another location. The room wasn't really very nice, either.

Location was good. Room was clean and spacious The breakfast was pretty much non existent. There is no workout room or pool or lobby or even a public bathroom. Had to pee really bad and my key did not work. Someone was in front of me in line and was taking like +10 min to be helped. Dont mind being patient and waiting my turn if I can pee.

From booking on Hotel.com to entering my room tired as usual from travel and work, my stay at Extended Stay was easy to manage, and it's very helpful when all logistics are easy, when all I wanted was a good night's sleep!

Large room, good location, pretty quiet

Every time I go there, the people that are behind the counter are super nice the properties affordable they're nice rooms. It's always been clean.

needed to move to different room due to dripping ceiling in bathroom. New room’s tub did not drain after showering.

Breakfast should have better options

Staff was nice. Bathtub wasn't cleaned. There was some hairs in the tub.
