The pub that is located at this place is a joke. Drove 5hrs there and got there at 7pm. Got the room went there and put everything away for the night. Decided to wait on some family coming in to go grab something to eat. It was 8pm and everyone was ready so all decided to go eat at the pub in the hotel. About 4-5 people in there having a beer and food and about 40-50 empty tables. There is 5 kids and 9 adults total so we walk in and wait for a server. Bar tender comes over and says how many and we tell her. She says hold on. Then another lady that was standing there talking with 4 other employees that looked like servers says we can't handle 16 people. If you wanted to eat here you need to give us a day or more notice so you have to leave. Well okay then guess you rather stand there talking to friends then do you job I thought to myself so we left. Called Applebee's not far away and they said yes come on over. Go to Applebee's they were almost full and they took on 4 tables at once. They didn't force us out the door.

Great staff! The room was fine but a bit tight for the three of us with all our luggage. Very convenient location. Overall a pleasant stay!

I like the cleanliness of the room I left the housekeeper a $20 tip only to see on my credit card that I was also charged another $20 for gratuity that did not make me very happy

Room was very clean. Facility clean. Spent most of our time visiting family, but nice place to stay.

Otherwise everything was excellent. Comfortable bed, Nice pool and jacuzzi. Staff was great. There was no sauna, like advertised on Hotels.com, but one isn't advertised on the Hilton site. So just needs the site should be updated.

Bar was good ,also able to have light meals there. Cold plates for breakfast, which h was not very warm at all.
