A/c was super hot during the morning, advised the person at front desk and was not able to do anything for us due to full rooms. According to her the heater turns on at certain degrees. This hotel was dirty and not well mantained. Total cat fish from the pictures.

Microwaves in all rooms would be nice, and a ramp instead of stairs to the suites ..

Everything was great except the A/C compressor was so loud and kept kicking off, keeping us awake most of the night.

Mara at the front desk was an absolute nightmare - from publicly insulting me in front of my extremely young children, calling me a liar because the phone in my room doesn’t work, hanging up on me multiple times while I simply asked for help getting utensils and the missing portions of food we had ordered for room service at (at 12:52 after we had already paid to extend our checkout to 1 PM with no time to even eat at this point). The night staff compared to Mara this morning/afternoon is truly like black-and-white - I’ve never been more disgusted with service in my life - and that is coming from someone who was working the service industry for years. We are at this hotel after escaping an extremely scary domestic violence situation and Mara made this experience so much worse and that much harder. Insulting someone while they are explaining this and crying and hanging up on them throughout that after everything I’ve stated above with the cherry on top and we will never stay here again.

beds missing bed wifi was overcharged by hotel thankfully i spent time on the phone with booking.com to clear up the problem

The rest of the bathroom was fine. The beds were really hard, and the sheets/duvet were scratchy. The pillows were fantastic, though. There was only one elevator working during the whole evening and night, but both were working come 7:30am. The coffee in the room was terrible, and there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. $4.50 for a cup of crappy Starbucks coffee. All in all, it's not worth the price. Will not recommend and would not repeat the visit.

Everyone member of staff was very helpful and attentive. The pool and gym were fabulous. A great weekend stay for my family of 4.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast coupons were right on time. They had a variety of breakfast options including cereal French toast waffle bacon sausage juice potatoes etc. the rooms were great and the gym area was excellent! They had a variety of different equipments available including strength training and cardio.
