    Breakfast needs lots of improvement. Broken toilet was fixed but should have been inspected and fixed before guests arrived.

    If you were driving, parking is great. Staff could be a bit more receptive to concerns. Room was reasonably clean but toilet problems were NOT addressed.

    Booked and paid for 4 rooms when I checking in was told they over booked was told to look for other accomodations no explanation no nothing very disappointed after driving 16 hrs to get turned away really sorry sucked I've stayed in Baymonts throughout the United States and this way the worst one yet. Luckily across from them was the Alexis was very accommodating

    We used the hotel for a place to stay and use their free shuttle. We appreciate it very much however, if you're looking for something fancy and upscale, this is not it. When we arrived, the place looked sketchy. Night crew was not so welcoming and there was a big spider web on the door outside of our room. Sheets were stained. In the morning, it was a lot more welcoming. Staff was friendly and we even sat for breakfast. So take that information as you will.

    They put us on the first floor due to having pets. They put us right by the stairs at the front of the hotel. The area was so loud with cars pulling in and out and guests staying uo all night.

    Second, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The floor, bathroom sink, and the bathroom itself were all filthy. Third, the noise. Our room had a connecting door to the neighboring room, where a group of young, drunk adults were screaming, yelling, and laughing loudly at night and again early in the morning when they woke up. Finally, the breakfast was awful. The only options were pancakes, poorly made pastries, coffee, cold hard-boiled eggs, and a few other low-quality items. Everything was so bad that I don’t even have words to describe it. Thank goodness we only stayed for one night. I couldn’t recommend more strongly that you skip this hotel.

    This place could’ve been a little cleaner, but the staff was absolutely horrendous There was a staff member named Dean, who was absolutely hostile and was the most rude staff member I’ve ever dealt with in my life

    Tina at the front desk was great! I put a special request to have flowers in our room as it was an anniversary trip. I received a notification that it would be done. However when we arrived they were not there which is not surprising as it seemed our room was not assigned to us until we were at the front desk.

    Breakfast was decent. Hotel needs remodel. One staff member that didn't allow early checkin when i arrived around 2am. She just chatted it up with someone in the back. She saw me when she came to the front desk through the window and ran back to around the corner. I called the phone and she said no early checkin and she can't store my luggage anywhere. I paid for early checkin. Her boss told me later that day that she was wrong.

    What really upset me wasn’t even the bugs it was how the situation was handled. When I called the front desk to request a different room, I was immediately told that wasn’t an option because the hotel was fully booked. Before I could ask any follow-up questions or discuss another solution, the employee hung up on me. I understand that hotels can’t always move guests if they’re sold out. What I don’t understand is treating paying customers like they’re an inconvenience for reporting a cleanliness issue. No apology. No offer to have someone come clean the room. No attempt to make the situation right. Just “we’re full” and a click. Cleanliness and customer service are the bare minimum, and unfortunately this hotel failed at both. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting a clean room or professional customer service. Attached photo speaks for itself.

    The staff was very helpful. The shuttle from the airport is 24/7. The breakfast was sad. Everywhere you go on the property someone is getting stoned. The view from the back side of the building is a rock face.

    It was good for the price. Kinda of looked out dated. Room was clean. Ice machine was leaking and dirty towel was soaking up the water. Breakfast choices were limited. Loved that Waffle House was right next door. Loved that it's close to the airport and then provide free shuttles. Loved that it's not that far from Broadway.

    Location was great. Close to airport but quiet. Very comfy beds Definitely could have used some attention to the bathroom door. Also noticed a gap in main door to room.
