Nashville Airport Marriott

Everything was exceptionable, the staff was very friendly. The bartender was nice and a reasonable drinks. Our rooms were nice and clean.

Very clean but property a little dated

I loved everything about the Marriot from checking in , the location, the room to checking out The only thing I didn’t like was using the room key to get in and out but it wasn’t that bad

The rooms were clean and bright. The bathroom was a good size as well. The only downside was the pillows. Probably the worst pillows ever. Please replace those things. Other than that we had an excellent stay.

The property was fine but I did have a few complaints. The air conditioning in the rooms is very loud. It woke me up a couple times turning on. Also I was not aware of the $22 per night parking before arrival: also if you arrive after 9-10Pm the parking lot is full.

I had a paid and confirmed reservation; when I got there I don’t get what I wanted. They told me it was a first come, first serve reservation. I had to cancel and booked on a different hotel. Very disappointed

Hotel and room is beautiful Pillows are not comfortable at all.

Cleanliness, and friendly Location from downtown

This hotel was perfect for my two nights stay in Nashville. I came for a concert and the room was clean. They allowed an early check-in for me. I ate breakfast at the restaurant and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay I would highly recommend.

Room doors are very loud when closing. It sounds like the doors are being slammed but it is just the poor design. Startled me awake through the night. Shower leaks onto the floor and shower door had no seal. But bed and room were good. Shuttle to airport was great.

Great hotel

Pet friendly Low traffic in area Air conditioning wasn’t keeping room cool for my 8 month old and I. No complimentary breakfast but they do have restaurant at the lobby but it is expensive. You do pay 100 extra dollars for inconvenient in which it takes 3–7 days to process back to your card . Parking is 25$ a night .

Location was great good price Hard to believe a hotel of this magnitude did not have a pool

The walls were paper thin and we could hear people down stairs at the bar at 11pm. Quiet hours dont start until midnight so if youre staying with kids, good luck.

The floor was no vacuumed and the bedsheets smelled really bad
