The room was clean and AC solid, but the desk staff was not helpful. They kept insisting is checked in in advance (I had not) and didn’t answer when I’d called in advance to let them know my flight was delayed and I’d be arriving late.

It was comfortable and great for my family as a stop on our cross-country move.

Good location but the room was not very clean. Stains on the walls in room and bathroom.

Room was well air-conditioned in 100 degree weather. Beds were comfy. Staff was nice.
-
The staff was helpful when they were at the front desk, and the phone did not work when trying to reach the front desk!

Staff was nice enough. Room was ok and priced economically. Not too far from downtown. Our biggest complaint was the noise. There were two dogs in rooms next to us as well as several children. We heard dogs barking many times during our stay and lots of noise in the early morning along with kids running around in the room above us.

The air conditioning unit didn’t work god so the room didn’t cool off as much as we wanted. Room felt empty. Furniture did not fill room like most others do. Bathroom was cramped.

The cleanliness, the staff very nice and helpful. Wish there was a hot tub but it’s a great place

Upon arrival, we had to wait at least an hour for a room. After finally getting a room, I found it was still dirty, with hair everywhere left by the last guests. I called for clean bedding. The housekeeping manager showed up with a roller, then acted as if she didn't see all the hair. The shower was filthy. After she left, about 10 mins later, housekeeping just busted into the room, no knock or anything. My kids and I were trying to rush to get dressed because we were there to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday. Long story short, I would recommend it unless better staffed

Beds were comfortable, easy access, decent rate Run down a bit, room wasn't very clean, waited to be checked in as the front desk person was elsewhere - waited 10 minutes, was checked in to a room where key did not work - went back and still did not work, got a new room after attendant tried but could not open room, breakfast area was not kept up- missing food, spills on floor

Yajaira is the only reason I give this property 5 stars and an excellent rating. In the eight days I’ve been here I have witnessed how she acted more like a manager than the manager herself. No job is too big nor small for her. While management sat in the back she was trouble-shooting long lines of customers (more than any front office manager I saw during all times of the day), when a transient took over the main floor bathroom she handled it alone, although there were hotel employees in the vicinity who were aware of the situation. She handled it like a pro, kept things calm and respectful and even helpful to the beleaguered person, as she firmly and kindly led him to the door. Even as he returned to the property again, she immediately solved his problem of his lost items and escorted him for a quick departure. Those skills are usually found or taught at the highest level of leadership and yet they seem innate to Yajaira. She should be the manager here. You are lucky to have her. She knows and maintains good relationships with all patrons and stakeholders who enter and leave the hotel. I’ve been working in the cafe area adjoining the front desk and I’ve seen her professionally and appropriately regard each person who enters this space. She’s sees us as people versus problems. As a business owner myself, I value an employee like her. She’s personable and works beyond expectation for her guests. She represents you well. She should train this staff for your brand reputation.

I was happy with everything

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was complimentary popcorn in the lobby. And I liked the seating area in the lobby. The shuttle service staff was very timely and friendly. I booked this hotel because on booking.com it stated that there was free parking for guests using the shuttle for flights and that the earliest shuttle was at 4 am. There was a charge to keep our vehicle there and the earliest shuttle was at 4:30 am. Also the room looked like it had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival and we arrived at 7 pm. The floors had def not been mopped, I did not want to walk on them even in my socks, which I have never been in hotel where I felt the need to not go barefoot in my room. Also I don't feel there was enough staff on shift to handle the guest flow the night we checked in. The front desk clerk was being run ragged, She handled it well and was still friendly through it all, but she needs help to make the check ins flow better.

The bed was really not comfortable, could tell it had been slept on to many times! It was good for work
