Club - Hotel Nashville Inn & Suites

The property was pretty nice and access to uber/lyft very quick and reasonable . Outdoor pool was nice , not easy communicating with most staff that do not speak English . And not very friendly . Breakfast bar included was ok . The walls are thin so could hear doors and people talking and moving about . So it suited our needs but definitely not the Ritz Carlton .

The staff was super nice! Rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfy. My only complaint was the A/C in our room was noisy but cooled well. Wasn’t bad after we got used to it and it actually turned into white noise. I slept like a rock! We didn’t get to used it however the pool and jacuzzi/sauna area was very inviting!

Everything was great I bought two rooms, only problem was that one of the rooms bathroom lights didn’t work but other than that it was great

This is a fantastic hotel!! Just 20 minutes away from all the sites downtown and only 10 minutes away from the grand old Opry. Plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance, including the Opry Mills mall just 10 minutes up the road. In a quiet area right off the freeway. Very lovely Hotel. Well maintained. Classy feeling decoration. The beds were super comfortable. All the amenities you need from tons of plugs and USB ports, lit mirrors, cute decorations, a huge TV, a pool and hot tub on site, and super friendly staff. The included Drinks each night from 5 to 7 was a bonus. They also had snacks. There is a shuttle that you can pay $20 to take downtown and back if you are planning on drinking. We stayed here for five days and I would highly highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel s food. It’s a very secure property, a room key is required to enter the parking lot which made me feel safe. The courtyard was nice to sit out there and just watch people and enjoy. I did not use the pool. I like the free breakfast and the happy hour that they have with the drinks in the snacks. The hallways could have been a little cleaner there was crumbs and stuff in the stairwells. The walls are really thin. I could hear everything I could hear the freeway noise and I could hear the other guests slamming doors, but I would recommend this.

Great place to stay! Clean and cozy! Great afternoon reception, yummy breakfast, hot tub and outdoor pool. Will definitely stay here again..

A good spot. I liked the way the room was set up. Staff were friendly. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast but it was serviceable and free.

The staff was amazing, everyone was very kind and helpful. My main issue was the shuttle service. Maverick, our driver was exceptional but the dispatch is trash. Twice my party was left behind because of miscommunication. 1st night, dispatch hung up on us when we requested our ride. We waited, no one showed up. Next night, we were not informed that a different driver and van were coming for us so again we missed our ride. We tried calling dispatch and again, we were hung up on. Won’t be staying here again.

The location was very convenient.

My wife and always stay there when we go to concerts in Nashville. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We like that there is a shuttle to downtown and back. Can't beat having Happy Hour as well as the breakfast in the morn. Suits our needs very well!
