Great atmosphere and room

It was clean and comfortable

The hotel and rooms are clean. Check in was quick and the lady that assisted was friendly. Rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows make for a good nights sleep.

The room was very spacious and cleaned as well as the hotel itself. The staff were lovely and super friendly.

It was a clean room, easy check in although during the night someone was screaming and yelling and didn’t feel safe to leave room

As you walked in, it was a pleasant cleaning smell well maintained. Staff and housekeeping were pleasant and very helpful. Their breakfast is your typical breakfast at a hotel. air conditioner kept the room very cold. I would rate this hotel a 10 out of 10 and definitely will be back every time we go to Nashville. please don’t listen to the bad reviews cause we did not experience one bad thing there. wish it would let me post a video of the lobby that I recorded because of some of the bad reviews this place has gotten just approve. This place is well maintain.

The room was nice and clean. It does seem like they made recent upgrades to the room. So you get a crossing between old and new. When you walk in, there is a light switch that doesn't work. You have to turn on the light at the nightstand. I loved the thermostat on the wall and my room was nice and cool. Breakfast is included and was good with a small variety of options. I do wish breakfast didn't end at 930AM. I did find it weird that there was only one elevator for the hotel, but the wait wasn't bad. In short, would I stay here again? Yes, Absolutely! If you need a place with cheaper rates, a good room, and nearby most things. This is the hotel you want to stay at.

This property was fantastic. The staff were so lovely, the rooms larger and cleaner than the resort down the road and the breakfast was phenomenal.

Excellent stay

Hotel was presentable. Comfortable bed and pillows Once I stepped in the shower something was oily on the base. Possibly just sprayed disinfectant but didnt wash it. Then I noticed long strands of hair in the corner inside the shower.

Staff was great....clean & quiet hotel close to all the major attractions in Nashville..The free breakfast was also good !! Definitely would visit once again.

Breakfast was better than most. Waffle House right across the street. Room and bathroom slightly dated but very clean.

It was close to where we wanted to be and the value was great! Very comfortable, nice breakfast, and great customer service. This is our 2nd time staying and is our go to when in Nashville. N/A

I’ve stayed here several times, never had an issue, always felt safe and rooms are clean. Breakfast is good and basic hotel food scrambled eggs and sausage links. Ac worked good as it was hot out.

The accessible room was great, except for 1 thing, the bed is way too high for persons with limited ability to “jump’ up into the bed, it just doesn’t work. This time when we stayed, same room aa before yet there were a lot of maintenance issues we spoke to the staff about. I am sure it will be addressed,

Clean and friendly staff. Only 1 elevator and it was slow. Our King bed suite had chairs in the room with the sofa but they were not comfortable. Shower did not have good water pressure. And lastly the maid never cleaned the room as we stayed 3 nights.
