Aloft by Marriott Nashville Airport

Cool little spot near plenty of places to eat, pool was clean kids loved it. Not far from downtown at all.

The only real problem was both of the blinds in our room were broken and didn't work at all.

Front desk was super friendly and welcoming! Everything was great! Would stay again if ever in Nashville!

No microwave not enough drawers and shelf space bathroom door to heavy and ridiculous

My second trip to Nashville, and I've stayed at the same hotel. My goal is to visit Nashville once more this year, and Aloft will be my hotel of choice. First room better than the second, but third time's a charm. Poor room location, and people above were noisy. Not enough to change my mind that this is the hotel of choice for me.

There was no hand soap at the sink, room was nice and clean though.

Good location near airport and free parking always helps!

When we arrived to check in at 4:30 we were told the hotel was fully booked for the night and the King room we had booked wasn't available. Fortunately, we had other things to do in Nashville, so the clerk on duty, Jeremiah, agreed to let us store our bags in hopes that when we returned later a King room would be available. It was! It was a pretty basic room, as advertised. Importantly, as we were there at the beginning of a heat wave, the a/c and shower worked well, bed was comfortable. There's a small outdoor pool that looked clean, but we didn't try it out. Nice bar in the lobby. Free parking. Gas station nearby to fill up your rental car before you return it. Breakfast is mainly snacks that you pay for at the desk, which was a little disappointing, but if you really need breakfast before you head to the airport, there's a Waffle House nearby. Overall, a fine airport hotel option.

The gal at the front desk was not interested in providing good customer service. When I booked the room, I booked a room with a bath tub; I asked the gal if I was getting one explaining I booked it and she just said it should have one. It did not. I asked if the room had water, she said two bottles in the room. No water in the room and no answer at the desk when I called down to see if I missed it somewhere. She was still there in the morning- her customer service skills and speaking skills could use a little brushing up. Room and bed were nice. Very comfortable bed- just disappointed I didn't get what I asked for.

My deposit is takin forever to be refunded. This has been an ongoing issue since chk out

The electric is a tad confusing. There are 2 master switches, so keep that in mind. It could use some slight paint touch-ups or more care when cleaning the walls or dusting. Overall, it was pretty clean, just minor things we noticed. There is a lot of movement in the hotel that you can sometimes hear. For instance, a door on your floor is shut or slammed, the staff moving things from the elevator, etc. Nothing was so bad that we couldn't sleep or focus. It was just a couple of noises here and there :) Aside from that, there are no complaints at all.

We arrived to a room that was dirty. The floor was sticky and there were used contacts on the floor in the bathroom. No soap in the bathroom. We brought it to the front desk’s attention and they said it would be cleaned thoroughly the next day. It was not and they didn’t have anyone to clean it the second day. Other guests were very loud into the early morning hours and we got little sleep. I would not stay here again.

It’s got a cool lobby and really cool looking rooms and the staff are so friendly! Not enough drawer space and no hand soap my coffee pot in the room never has the little plastic disposable parts that you put the coffee in

The personnel was outstanding very nice and everything I had no problem with any of them. I only have one little problem. I looked at my credit card amount and I have a bill for $60.14 and one for $16 I think in something and I have no idea what is for so I called them and they told me that it was for incidentals and I use no incidentals at all so we’ll see if the it goes through or not The property was quiet and everything except for the people upstairs they must’ve partied till about midnight and it was coming through to the room below other than that the room was very nice and everything in the bed was comfortable, and I was very pleased with the room

The property was easy to find and the check in process was easy. Parking lot should be bigger and there’s no microwaves in the rooms.

Great stay. Will definitely be back
