Homestay Suites

Clean and well maintained, was a bit surprised after seeing other reviews. All in all it was a great value, easy check-in/out, and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean, but outdated, also bugs

We walked in and I was about to see if we could find another hotel. The lobby was not very inviting, the paint on the doors and trim was scratch, dirty and worn. My daughter thought something was bitting her legs. Carpet was worn and dirty, the stairs had areas where the carpet was pulled. We decided to check out the room before we decided to look for another hotel. The room was a surprise, updated clean and nice. We ended up staying the night. It was also nice that they had a shuttle to the airport. Hopefully they continue to update the hotel and focus on the lobby area.

Place was disgusting Cleanliness. Was a roach trap.

It’s in a quite area The Hall way smell like piss and we had nasty dirty draws in the lamp i told the staff they never came into our room to get it or brought us clean towels ughhh it was horrible

The hotel is poorly maintained. Roaches, peeling paint. Appears families live there as home.

The hotel's posting said there were utensils and amenities in the room. There was not. Also, the bedsheets had holes in them and I laid down fully clothed as I wasn't sure if the sheets were clean. I also killed a roach. I checked in at midnight, and was out by 6am.

While the room was adequate, the amenities were pretty much non existent. With the exception of toiletries. Location worked fairly well for our planned activities.

The staff were pushy and rude the entire stay. The advertised free airport shuttle could not pick up my partner from the airport upon his arrival, the excuse being it had to be booked a day in advance. While I respect the planning, it is hard for international travels to book an airport shuttle when they are in the sky on an aeroplane. The dryers in the laundry (of which we pay for) did not dry our clothes, TWICE. We paid a lot of money for our stay in Nashville and were thoroughly disappointed with the experience.

Bedbugs on my bed! Had to book another room elsewhere!
