Comfort Suites Nashville Airport - BNA

I had great experience with comfort Inn suites. Breakfast was good, pool was relaxing, and staff was friendly.

Hardly any parking. Staff said I could check in early and told me to come back in two hours as housekeeping was coming and I would get first available. I came back in two hours, new staff said nothing available and told me to come back in another couple hours and then I could pay a $25 for an early check in which was only an hour before regular check in. They make you stand around and not even acknowledge you. Just not a good experience.

When I first arrived, the front desk associate walked away for several minutes without saying anything, then returned as if nothing had happened. It wasn’t the best first impression. The hotel could really benefit from renovations. The carpets and hallways looked worn, and the glass on one of the stairway entrance doors was broken and covered with plywood, which wasn’t very welcoming. Inside the room, the water pressure was weak, and the shower water never got very hot. The temperature also fluctuated while I was bathing. On the positive side, the room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. One thing to note is that the floors seem very thin, so every step was quite loud and could easily disturb guests staying below. Breakfast was good for a basic continental breakfast, with enough options to start the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I think this hotel has a lot of potential. Once the renovations are completed, it could easily be a much better experience.

Great proximity to the airport. There were not enough parking spots available. Some guests were parked on the grass or in the middle of the parking lot.

The pool was straight up nasty, the kids smelled like pee after taking a very short dip and no pool towels, just gross! When I asked the staff for extra garbage bags the lady working breakfast said no, so I asked again for just a couple small bags for the trash and she refused. The halls had a smell of sewage. Extremely disappointing!

Great location and price for the area. Ran out of towels. Not the cleanest, but it was busy.

This hotel was a bust from the start. First they had no parking. There were several cars parked in the grass and next to curbs around the parking lot, then the rooms were smelly, and all night long we heard noise like a tapping in the wall, but it wasn’t rhythmic, it was random. I could’ve handled all that. But then on the way home they charged my card $50, and I called immediately, they told me my room was missing a pillow. I asked them to double check the sheets and that the pillows were all wrapped up with the sheets in a pile, but they said they could not check again, because the house keeping had already processed our room. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me to call back Monday. Those pillows sucked but I imagine they try to do this to all their customers just to see who they can get away with it on. Nothing about this hotels workers was competent, beware of giving them your card information… your best bet is to go somewhere else.
