Crowne Plaza Nashville Airport by IHG

After I booked our stay I started seeing several negative reviews and was worried sick about our upcoming stay! It was non-refundable. Let me tell you, we were very pleasantly suprised at how clean and nice the place is. Room was great! Lighting in the room was a little low for me but that is my problem NOT the hotel. Our interaction with any staff was very pleasant. We felt safe. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again and again. July 2026

We booked a 2 queen beds room and were given a king bed room. We tried calling the front desk multiple times and sent 3 emails for the shuttle but never got any answer and had to pay for a taxi. We are very disappointed by our stay.

We booked one night at the crown plaza and it was very nice the staff were awesome . Ms Oakland was very helpful and provided very great customer service throughout our stay and our breakfast was great . I can't remember her name but the lady was awesome I think she said Ms D was her name

Hotel was clean and well appointed, comfy rooms with updated furnishings. Great stay. They gym is basically just cardio equipment. If youre looking to lift that could be a bit of a let down.

COVID-19 is over and it is time for the hotel to start offering warm breakfast. Jimmy whatever for breakfast at Crowne Plaza is not cool. This is not Motel 6

Check in was put out helping us. Room was terrible, bad odor, hair in the shower, bathroom floor smelled like urine, very poor lighting, and outside noise.

This hotel and staff were AMAZING! However, I’m thankful I chose to pay at the property, because Expedia didn’t inform me that the kitchen and the bar were under construction. Had I paid through Expedia I would have paid for services I wasn’t able to use, and not be refunded. However because I didn’t pay through Expedia I was able to not have to pay for services not received.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Being in a flight path near the airport was not a problem for sound- heard no noise in the room. Comfortable place for rest and would definitely visit again.

Who is going to reimburse me for the Uber for the false advertising saying they had a hotel shuttle?

To make matters worse, I was unable to shower because the water never got warm, even after waiting a long time. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I was relying on the stay to freshen up before my flight. Additionally, the air conditioning was inconsistent and uncomfortable, fluctuating between too hot and too cold with no stable setting. Overall, the stay did not meet even basic expectations. I booked this room specifically to rest and shower before traveling, and I was unable to do either. Given the circumstances, I do not believe I should be charged for this stay. Very disappointed with the experience.
