Very clean room, quiet and had everything we need it.

It was nice & clean. All the staff was very polite great customer service skills. You know that means a lot to the customers. Also, the parking was super.

We had a wonderful time staying at Crown Plaza Airport Nashville . Everyone was so kind and friendly. Our room was also great. You definitely stay again.

The property was cleaned and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, especially Oakland! She was absolutely amazing with accommodating my needs, not to mention she was personable, informative, and friendly! I would definitely return!

When coming into the hotel plenty of places to sit relax read a paper wait for people. The only reason we did not give it an excellent is due to the breakfast. It was supposed to be till 10 am. By 9:10 AM 95% of the food was gone and what was there had been there obviously for quite some time. We did ask the girl who was sitting at the bar just staring at her phone if they would be bringing out any more food & she said no this is it & never even looked up off her phone that turned me off right away that to me was not professional & not how you treat someone who is a guest at the hotel or let alone anyone.

The bed creaked terribly, the water took 5 to 10 minutes to get hot, and there wasn’t enough towels.

The airport shuttle was handy! They got there quickly after I called & were very nice. The park & fly is a great option.

They were super friendly, helped direct us to good restaurants. Great place to park & fly. Plenty of parking! The restaurant inside was being remodeled or something. It wasn’t open for breakfast. But they did have continental breakfast free. Nice place to stay!

I would definitely stay here in the future

The beds were broken needed repair. They did have few options for quick breakfast @6 am grab and go.

Staff very friendly

Everything was fine. The room just had a broken coffee machine. Called to get a new one as soon as possible. Front Desk said there isn’t one available.

There was no cooks for the breakfast. So we had to go elsewhere to eat.

All good. We spent a night there. Room was nice but had some goo on the floor. Didn’t bother us much but we let the staff know

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were booked in a non smoking room and upon arrival our room stank of smoke. The staff told us no one was supposed to smoke in there and they promptly moved us to another room within 5 minutes. Room was clean, sheets were clean, everything was good.

I booked through a third party and was in need of the shuttle to the airport, but found out at check in the shuttle did not run on Sunday. Also, when I went down the breakfast the next morning the front desk staff said the hot breakfast didn’t get made so it was just grab and go. Otherwise the hotel was clean and safe and comfortable.
