Extended Stay America Select Suites Nashville Airport

The hotel was closed when we arrived and could not check in so we actually severed stayed there. But looking at the facility it was quite nasty and very rough looking.

The refrigerator had rust on the outside, which I had to wipe down. The bathroom vanity was messed up. The floors are a bit slippery. One I previously stayed in the plumbing was a bit bad. Now......in asking about a person's reviews, just what are you going to do about repairs, or replacing? As much money these motels make yearly, it's a shame that they are not brought up to better expectations. From what I've noticed since frequently visiting, it seems something else (I wont say) seems to be more focused on than cleanliness and comfort. Have a blessed day!

The staff were friendly ! My room was spotless! I slept amazing ! And the WiFi was magnificent! Definitely an amazing stay at a great hotel. There’s not one complaint. My stay was amazing! The manager made sure my stay was comfortable and clean.

Staff Eltacilities ran down, broken and dirty.

One of the beds in the room had a broken leg on the corner of the bed Bathroom door didn't latch. Had to kill bugs in the bathroom. Quiet hours were not enforced.

That’s not what we’re doing! This was booked a month in advance! Fortunately my credit card company stepped up and found me another hotel because they had no accessible rooms at 9am and they knew that! The front desk, Scott, was extremely lacking in empathy and just kept saying that I probably didn’t talk directly to their location. So what! You gave away a room that a disabled person needed! Also, be aware that if a hotel has a sign that says for Police Vehicles only that’s probably not a safe place! Pictures of the bathroom I could barely access and definitely could not shower in! Also, the kitchen has no silverware, plates or cooking equipment. What’s the point of booking something you can’t use?!?

The stsff was great especially the mngr mr.billy..he was very helpful. Ms.A.J was awesome as well

Check-in was easy and the man that helped me was plesant and polite. That Is the only positive thing I can say about my very short stay. I checked-out of the hotel a few hours after checking in because I felt that spending the night in that room was dangerous to my health. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with a very unpleasant odor. It smelled like a combination of cigarettes and mildew/mold and made me feel nauseous. There was a large yellow spot on the roof from either a present or past water leak. The carpet was stained and looked dirty. Most surfaces looked minimally wiped down. The furniture was very worn and drawers were broken. The bed sheets looked reasonably clean. Outside my door there was the constant smell of pot. I was denied a refund when I checked-out.

This place is a dump. You are giving 2 towels and were going to be charged for another towel. The fridge rumbled all night long. No shampoo or body wash. Was told to go to walgreens and buy some. No ice. Front office only has a person from 9 am to 10 pm after that you're on your own.

I booked a room for a week when I spent 50 dollars to get over there and check in they said their were no rooms. Had to go somewhere else. Still waiting for my refund!

I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at this property. It was peaceful and well lit at night. It was clean and no bugs. WiFi was fast and reliable.. If you are a person that prioritizes aesthetics, however, this may not be the place for you. The fridge was rusty and one of the drawers on the dresser area was missing. It didn’t bother me but some people may have an issue. Another thing to be mindful of is that wash rags and towels are not replaced like most hotels. You have to take them to the front desk to be washed. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Honestly just the fact that we had a place to crash for the night. Nothing else It was so dirty. So many roaches. No hot water. The place had some bad toilet smell the whole time. The bathroom was not that clean. The floor was very sticky and dirty.

All around great staff comfortable beds and good service I liked the hospitality
