Extended Stay America Select Suites Nashville Airport

That’s not what we’re doing! This was booked a month in advance! Fortunately my credit card company stepped up and found me another hotel because they had no accessible rooms at 9am and they knew that! The front desk, Scott, was extremely lacking in empathy and just kept saying that I probably didn’t talk directly to their location. So what! You gave away a room that a disabled person needed! Also, be aware that if a hotel has a sign that says for Police Vehicles only that’s probably not a safe place! Pictures of the bathroom I could barely access and definitely could not shower in! Also, the kitchen has no silverware, plates or cooking equipment. What’s the point of booking something you can’t use?!?

Check-in was easy and the man that helped me was plesant and polite. That Is the only positive thing I can say about my very short stay. I checked-out of the hotel a few hours after checking in because I felt that spending the night in that room was dangerous to my health. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with a very unpleasant odor. It smelled like a combination of cigarettes and mildew/mold and made me feel nauseous. There was a large yellow spot on the roof from either a present or past water leak. The carpet was stained and looked dirty. Most surfaces looked minimally wiped down. The furniture was very worn and drawers were broken. The bed sheets looked reasonably clean. Outside my door there was the constant smell of pot. I was denied a refund when I checked-out.

This place is a dump. You are giving 2 towels and were going to be charged for another towel. The fridge rumbled all night long. No shampoo or body wash. Was told to go to walgreens and buy some. No ice. Front office only has a person from 9 am to 10 pm after that you're on your own.

I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at this property. It was peaceful and well lit at night. It was clean and no bugs. WiFi was fast and reliable.. If you are a person that prioritizes aesthetics, however, this may not be the place for you. The fridge was rusty and one of the drawers on the dresser area was missing. It didn’t bother me but some people may have an issue. Another thing to be mindful of is that wash rags and towels are not replaced like most hotels. You have to take them to the front desk to be washed. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Honestly just the fact that we had a place to crash for the night. Nothing else It was so dirty. So many roaches. No hot water. The place had some bad toilet smell the whole time. The bathroom was not that clean. The floor was very sticky and dirty.

All around great staff comfortable beds and good service I liked the hospitality

How easy and quick it was to get to Mcgavock pike for the rescue verse con location wasnt bad neither was hotel price and beds very comfortable also the hot water to shower was amazing I loved it all

Staff was incredible and the location was good Shower only had cold water, bathroom sink had blood stains, white stains on floor hidden by the bed

Tv didn't work, they took 14 hours to bring another tv and sat it on the night stay in middle of walking area., package was sent via amazon, package came up missing. Check in time was late. No pots or pans for kichenette

Location. They lost my reservation because I arrived late. I had sent them a note prior to arrival and, right after booking, that I would be arriving late after a long drive. The room was fairly clean, but poorly maintained. The floor covering was coming off, the structure was old and the check-in process and experience were both terrible!
