Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville Airport

Picked this particular location for the spa and was very disappointed that it was barely room temp water. Even after finally getting the jets going it never heated up. Everything else was great however!

I had two reservations checked in on Friday. Then checked in again on Saturday and left Monday. When we walked in we seen a room key on the floor and noticed their was visible stuff on the carpet that was not vacuumed. The tissues and conditioner empty in the bathroom and the fan didn't work. Which made me wonder if they actually changed the beds or just pulled blankets up. I asked the front desk to do a full clean and explained. It was never done. When we checked out the same stuff was on the floor. We never had a fully cleaned room. I let the desk know twice.

We loved the breakfast, amenities, and the locationwith other points of interests.

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly.

Very nice property. Located beneath the flight path of the local airport so depending on runways, there could be loud noises. Shuttle service was excellent night and day.

Great night! It was clean and staff was great. They even helped in getting a great meal near the hotel!

The front desk staff was very nice and had great customer service. The breakfast area was clean and each day it was a variety of foods and drinks to choose from. Just need bigger baggage carts but other than that the hotel met our expectations.

Everything about the property and customer service was awsome

Property was very clean & modern; breakfast was a plus; free parking; nice gym; good rates.

Beds too firm, not enough towels for the number of occupants that the room holds, no bedding in the room for the sofa bed, hot tub had kids in it and was not very clean.
