Hotel is in a great location, many stores and food places nearby. The staff were very rude when a bug was reported in the pull out couch.

The rooms were clean, the restaurant on site was amazing The grounds really needed some upkeep, the yard and flower beds were a mess and looked abandoned, and the automatic door locks were on the rooms a pain

The whole hotel needs updating from the outside, lobby, to the rooms itself.

The person at the front desk was so very nice. Everyone was so nice.

Complimentary shuttle to the airport was good!! The management was trying their hardest to make improvements, however, there are many things in disrepair. When I first walked in, there had been wallpaper placed over old wallpaper, which caused bubbling and issues with the adhesive. Large areas were already peeling off at the seams. When I walked into my room, the old carpet was visibly stained and in desperate need of deep cleaning...I tracked black moisture onto the white bathroom tiles floor! The toilet was leaking at the valve and created a puddle of standing water within the few hours I was there. The bed was interestingly pitched up at the feet. The mattress seemed old and lumpy.

I was checked in by a literal child at 11pm. He didn’t take my DL nor credit card, and barely spoke to me. Entering my room, saw water all over the bathroom counter & floor. They tried another room- hot as hades. Had to take the leaky room. Stains

To start, we were yelled at for inquiring about the free shuttle from the airport. Then after checking in, we had to wait 20 minutes while they checked on something in the room (we checked in after 8pm). There was shampoo in the shower, conditioner in a completely different room and no hand soap. The shower curtain was ripped and the plug was not in the correct placement and it was filled with yuck. There was what appeared to be mold on the bathroom wall and chunks missing from the wall. They’re were two tvs in the room, one remote and neither tvs worked. There were stains on the couch, and the dresser drawers were short one (it was impossible to open). Our key was shut down the 2nd day, the market had no options. There was a domestic dispute that was not stopped outside our room and my daughter had to pry open the hotel doors so we could get out. The breakfast was dry and the coffee was worse. The pool was closed. And there was no privacy screen on the front desk screen so guest info could be read when riding the elevator and when no one was at the desk (which was often) and left unlocked. No water bottle full station. The only good thing about this hotel was the restaurant. Do not recommend under any circumstances. If I could have cancelled without penalty, we would have ran from this place.

This is a low cost hotel that is located near the airport near about a dozen or so other hotels up and down Elm Hill Pike. Stayed here for a few nights. Rooms were clean. Certain aspects of the hotel were pretty beat up...carpet stains, furniture in the breakfast area very much past their prime. But again, this hotel will cost less than most in the area.

Clean room, but dated. Stsff was friendly and helpful. Outside property was a dump, pool was closed for "maintenance " overall, low price hotel with a clean room. We were there 3 nihhts, we didnt die lol

Before our check out cops fire and ems was there due to a over dose come to find out homeless people frequently use the hotel

On the last day of my stay, I found a cockroach in the bathroom

It looked like an older facility. Some black possibly mold by tub. TVs didnt work, had to call desk upon returning. Couch had tears in upholstery.

Carpets in the room had dirty spots and parts of the baseboard tiles were missing or broken
