Smelled of garbage outside. Garbage bin was a mess ceiling was peeling. Chairs in lobby looked in poor condition .

Tried contacting the hotel with pictures. Still no reply.

The sofa bed was broken and unusable, the shower head sprayed water everywhere, and the TV was stuck on a single channel for our entire stay. These maintenance issues made the room feel poorly maintained and not worth the price we paid. What concerned us the most was the environment around the property, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. We did not expect to encounter that during our visit. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and I hope the hotel addresses both the maintenance issues and the safety concerns so future guests have a better experience.

I don’t leave reviews EVER but this one I couldn’t let go. The room was disgusting. Headboards were dirty, poop was on the walls and there was even a cigarette butt that fell out when I untucked the covers for the bed. Because we got there so late, we had no other option as there was also a concert in town that night. Hotels were booked. We checked for bed bugs, slept, and left as soon as we woke up. Please do not fall for the 5 star reviews as they are so far from the truth.

Whoever rated this place “good” on Expedia lied. The only redeeming quality about this place was housekeeping because they were very thorough. You need to schedule the airport shuttle about an hour before you need it (how anybody is supposed to do that from their flight is wild). So “airport shuttle” on this description is a lie. I arrived at 2 AM after flight delays and there was no soap in the bathroom. To my shock, the owners hoard the soap at the front desk and you need to go ask for it. Housekeeping isn’t even given soap to put in the rooms. The owner/manager was totally okay prancing around in his Gucci belt but can’t keep soap, a BASIC AMENITY, in rooms? The front desk woman and younger guy were also horribly unhelpful and the woman, who was on the phone, looked at me like I was burdening her phone call when I asked a question. Mind you, she’d been on the phone for a while at that point (I waited in the lobby for the phone call to end and it never did). I suggest you stay elsewhere. This place’s locks weren’t even securely on the door and I said a prayer every time I left the room. Good luck.

Very run down facility. The bathroom, lobby- very poorly maintained. Was difficult to stay here. The front desk lobby staff were very nice and friendly.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and it was a very nice place. The breakfast was on point and the room was clean. The pool was down but all in all I will stay again

Breakfast was ok, not as good as other hotels. Pool was on maintenance.

Unsafe lock on room, rugs dirty, smell musty and damp in room.

Not the best experience. Received several non-requested wakeup calls at 1 am and 1:30 am.. Front desk could not stop them...had to set the phone off the receiver to stop. Green pool.

Room was gross. A/C didn’t work. Left and stayed at the Marriott next door.

Basic breakfast, coffee etc was ok included in the price.

This is an older, budget hotel. Needs updating. The stay was ok based on the price. This hotel does not have a vibrant atmosphere. It works if you are looking just for a place to sleep and not hang out. Pool was out of order, no exercise room, basic breakfast. Make sure to let the front desk know about your airport shuttle 2 hours in advance and show up to the counter 15 minutes in advance or you will miss it.

Suite had a spacious work area, didn't have to crowd the desk into the sleeping area.

Is really nasty everything was dirty smell disgusting I will never go back again

Hotel service was poor due to language barrier, rooms need updating soon due to various reasons including stained couches, broken desk seat, sticky old carpet, poor water pressure in shower, sink drain slow, room door handle was hard to open. Breakfast was poorly stocked and coffee machine made watery coffee that I threw away multiple days when trying it. Beds were good and slept well though.

The remote did not work in our bedroom. Please check on this.

Front desk staff appeared to be owners family so often I was talking to an 10 or 12 year old. No phone in the room. New ceiling fan installed in room but the cords weren’t installed to turn it on. Neither TV worked until owner came in to work on them. Killed 2 bugs. Bad mold smell
