Quality Suites Nashville Airport

Room was clean and free parking is always a plus thanks for the stay.

Their website said that their airport shuttle service started at 4:00 am, but when we asked about it upon arriving, we were told it started at 6:00 am. The only option we were provided was to pay for an unreliable outside service. Fortunately, I was able to take my daughter-in-law and granddaughters to the airport by 4:00 am. The shuttle service was the main reason we stayed at this hotel. The room was excellent and I would have rated the stay as excellent except for the fact that the breakfast opened late, after 7:00 am, and the furniture in the breakfast area was filthy and worn out. The breakfast was very good except for the fact that there was no fruit. If they would clean up their breakfast area, I believe that they would receive 5 star reviews.

Rooms were clean and semi-updated but the updates were done relatively poorly (tile gaps, bad paint, loose outlets, etc.) and the breakfast wasn't available very early, nor was the shuttle.

The room was dirty when we arrived, sticky drink rings on the nightstands not cleaned prior to our arrival, sheets stained, large stains on pullout couch mattress, we were told to "just cover it with sheets", ants climbing on the beds.

This hotel was a let down. Upon arrival the staff was cold and unwelcoming. No hello or welcome just had ove your drivers license. The hotel was dated and sad. The wallpaper in the lobby was peeling off and the couches and chairs had rips in them. The carpets had lots of big stains even in the room. The room was ok. The tub had rust spots and the sink and mirror area was worn and needed some TLC. The breakfast was awful. There was still an hour to go and the cereals were all empty and hot food was picked over. Food on the counters and floor, no one was refilling or cleaning up or wiping down the counters. We didn’t even eat the second morning. The property over all needs some help and a good cleaning.

Front desk staff was great! The WiFi was a little difficult to access but we figured it out. The beds were very comfortable so we got a good nights sleep. The restaurant/bar connected made this place best choice, we didn’t have to leave the property after work to relax and unwind and the margaritas are great for $5 all day everyday. When working in the area again I will choose this hotel.

This hotel was a great spot to spend the night during a trip from Virginia to Texas. Close to restaurants and easy to access from I-40.

The breakfast was the only part of our experience that we liked. The lobby was decently clean. Carpet in room was gross and mold was growing in the bathroom from the lack of ventilation. The swimming pool was so filthy, I didn’t trust letting any of our kids even feel the water. Staff was not very helpful because they didn’t have enough towels for us and when we asked they said they didn’t have any more available. They also were either away from the desk or on their phone at the desk the entire duration of the trip.

The bed was comfortable. If you have two tvs in your room you can only use one at a time. Wish we would have known that before we stayed. Also the outside pool was green so we never got into it. Hotel couches are outdate, also when we first walked inside the room the first thing we noticed was a white substance on the couch that couldn't be removed.

Staff was never at the front desk. Looked like they lived there and only checked the desk once in a while. The lobby was extremely worn, dingy and dirty. Pillows on the furniture were filthy and the furniture was extremely worn out. The room was ok, but outdated and dark. The pool was green with no pool furniture cushions as shown online The pool had a light that was out of the pool and smoking when we went outside to sit. The danger of live wires near the pool was dreadful. The pictures online DO NOT match what you walk into. The hotel has not been maintained or updated. Not our best choice in a long time.
