Leaky, dangerously slippery

The hotel was within easy access to the highway.

Room was extremely dirty, dingy, and old.

The location was great for us. The property was clean, the room was clean but a little bit dated. We were disappointed that we could not check in until much later because the room wasn’t clean and ready. Tried the breakfast the first day but it wasn’t very good. Overall our stay was good.

As usual this was a great Hampton Inn! Beautiful location and very quick and easy to get to downtown Nashville. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was very friendly and kept lobby and eating area very clean.

All the facilities are awesome. The swimming pool was outside in open air. It is not comfortable to have swimming pool out door next to parking deck. The TV don’t have regular channels. It has APPs subscription based only. Gym was good with TV having all regular channels. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was nice and breakfast was really good with several options to choose from. The king size bed was old and slumped on the sides where people have been sitting and sleeping. We had to sleep towards the middle of the bed for comfort.

This is the second time we have stayed here on our travels north. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfy, and the breakfast is on par for a continental breakfast. The food was tasty and adequate. I will stop here again on future trips up North.

It was my second stay here, and there will be a third! Highly recommend!!!!!

I mopped the floor with a service towel and could have switched rooms but after a 13 hour drive I was tired. It’s time for new housekeeping or management.

Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking.

This property had a safe, warm, comfortable bed. The bathrooms were dated, and some maintenance needs to be completed around the property. It’s just starting to look like an older hotel, dated. It seemed clean.

Parking situation was horrible in the evening. It was very hot outside and the AC in the room acted up a lot. Room would get a little warm then it would get cold. Wasn’t a consistent temperature which made sleeping in it difficult.

Highly recommended. Staffs are friendly and kind. Room is clean. We had a peaceful night.

It was cheap but the location was in a safe area Unorganized they gave us keys to a room someone was already in then Have someone keys to our room !

nothing out of the ordinary. my room was fine. bathroom door was splintered at the bottom. I found trash from a previous stay behind the tv stand when i dropped something behind it. staff was friendly. pool needs some cleaning. breakfast was good.
