InTown Suites Extended Stay Nashville - Bellevue

Friendly staff. Helpful. My room key never worked. They replaced the batteries on my room key and it still never worked so if I came back after 7 PM, I had to call the 24 seven on-call person to come let me in into my room. In addition to that, the toilet seat didn’t match the toilet it was completely a different size. The AC unit couldn’t keep up even enough on its lowest level. The room was not in good shape, even though I booked a premium upgraded room. The images on the website look absolutely nothing like the room. To be Frank the room was a complete shit hole.

Room was clean. Guests responsible for washing the bed comforter so I slept without a top-sheet to minimize laundry. Comforter was very snug — felt like a mouse being hugged by a corn snake. Climate control unit worked so well I felt like a snow man ☃️. Stove burners were a little questionable so I heated my corn on the cob in a large orange and brown and yellow mug in the microwave. 🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽

The air conditioning. The toilet and the smoke detector kept going off. I called three times about it, the lady said she'd bring batteries but she never did. Eventually it stopped beeping. Staff said they asked me if I had a pet...they DID NOT...they accused .me of lying and said I violated the premises even though we were there for a couple of weeks and there was no damage. She fussed at me about the cat, I was smoking a cigarette outside and I guess I was too close to the building...she was very rude. We had issues with the toilet...they finally brought a plunger, but the toilet flooded...I called maintenance...no one ever answered the phone.

The hotel was extremely clean but stamp was very nice and friendly and helpful next time I need somewhere to stay in that area I will choose them again

The druggies hanging around the units the homeless watching your every move the people living there and their kids running around all hours of the night the place shouldn't be on booking this place is awful booked for 7 night left after two and didn't get refunded which was bs.

The rooms are made for basic needs if you are desperate for a cheap place this is for you. I had a horrible stay for some reason the people above me have the need to move furniture all night Long...they walk around and it seems as though they have boots and tennis shoes on all night and day. I told the office twice but they said there is nothing they can do about it because the wife is deaf. They don't have children so I'm confused as to why they need to move 3 pieces of furniture all night and day

There’s a peculiar scent that hits u when u enter the rooms thats migraine inducing, not a fan of whatever it is im inhaling there, and then also BED. BUGS. i woke up with bites on my back every night and i only slept on top of their covers and duvet i never even crawled under their blankets and I still got bites both my back and my feet i left soon as my week was up to a better hotel with breakfast too
