Home2 Suites by Hilton Nashville Bellevue

Where to begin. After staying at countless Home2 Suites across the country, this was by far the worst. The bathroom was full of black mold. The sheets and furniture was filthy. I had 2 separate rooms and the mold and filth was in both rooms. I have a lung condition so breathing black mold isn’t ideal.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was just perfect!! I wish we had more time to explore the area around it. The outside had the prettiest lights and decor. The room smelled great, was super clean, and the beds were sooo comfortable! Breakfast was good as well. Shower was out of body wash but we had our own. Check in and out staff were efficient and kind! I would 100% go back!

We were pleasantly pleased with our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was unlike any breakfast we've had at other hotels! No outdoor pool it was inside and the water was a nice temperature. Only thing we weren't impressed with was they left a side door open and anyone could walk in to the pool area.

The man who checked us in was rude and inconsiderate. Upon entering the hotel their was a bad odor and we smelt that same bad order when exiting the elevator on our floor. We are Honors Members and requested a top floor when making the reservation a month or so prior to our arrival and we could not get a eoom on a top floor. We checked in on Friday, July 3rd and the pool was closed for maintenance...it was July 4th the following day. Our children were looking forward to swimming on the day we checked in, so they were dissapointed. We originally did not plan to be near the hotel on our second day stay, but had to rearrange our plans so our children could have pool time. When calling Hilton's customer service representative on Sunday after checking out I was told that it will be up to the hotel to issue me a refund because I booked our stay through Booking.com, a third party site. That should not matter because I still CHOSE to stay at a Hilton branded hotel so I should be treated the same as if I booked through Hilton's site. This issue has not been resolved. I am waiting for a callback or email from the hotel or a Hilton representative. Ridiculous when you have a disgruntled customer!

Over all the property was good there outdoors in the front area did not get as much attention as the remainder of the hotel. We had problems with the toilet seat falling off and after the fix is was on a weird angle. But all in all I’d stay there again.
