The property was closed, boarded up! I had to seek other accommodations, last minute, pay full price...Is this the was booking is doing business now? Will I be refunded? Or would you prefer to get acquainted with all six attorneys on retainer?

Nasty

The hotel is located in a good area near food, shopping and entertainment. The lobby and entrance are nice. THE ROOM! The room was old with no updates. My toilet handle was broke and I kept having to lift the tank to reseat it. The tub was dingy and had a permanent ring around it. The room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. My neighbors were up late into the night talking as if five people were in there and it came through the walls quite easily. The room overall was in sore need of updates. The breakfast was nothing to speak of and mostly carbs. I would not have booked here had I had a chance to view my room first. Seems like the owners do not spend any money on upkeep of the rooms themselves, just the entrance, common areas and outside.

If a hotel is going to charge people to stay the night in their hotels, they should all have generators not charge us for four or five days and give us one day of service due to lack of them purchasing a generator when electricity goes out.

Very good
-
Microwave wouldn't heat anything I ate cold soup but later wanted to make my popcorn and called the front desk and had to go to the main area and use the microwave there.
-
I didn’t Room was very small , old hangers from previous guest in room . No cups , floor had dents in them so it didn’t feel sturdy .The tv barely had any working stations . Breakfast was not adequate .
-
That they were beside O'Charley's The pool was drained. The rooms are entirely too small, bed was supposed to be queen size and it was a full size bed, there was damage to the desk, and hair in the bath tub. Was not a good value for the price.
-
Dirty towels, hair in sink, barely enough room to walk around bed, WiFi kept buffing
-
The location was close to a lot of merchants. N/A

Guest were just very loud. Id prefer not to be on the first floor. Mostly the ones outside my window in the late hours.
-
That said, the rooms now appear to have been renovated since that stay and are really nice and comfortable. Everything was very clean, and both the lobby and the grounds were clearly well maintained. While some other guests unfortunately left messes in the parking lot, that’s no reflection on the staff or management. Not everyone is respectful—that’s simply the nature of the business. The property itself is well cared for, and the people running it truly go above and beyond.

Passable
-
Very friendly staff. Roaches, smelled odd, outdated, and walls so thin I heard every loud guest talking and slamming doors all hours of the night.
-
It was near many restaurants, shopping malls and gas stations. The ice machine has been broken for months. The waffle maker had no product to put on the griddle. No eggs, donuts or bagels. The hallways are like echo chambers and loud.
-
The room was clean but we had very little tissues and the ice machine was out of order
-
Not a great breakfast Very very basic
-
Room was basic & clean, shampoo mounted on the wall was hard to squeeze, light came into the room around the door and above the curtains, bed was firm & comfortable if queen size works for you, plenty of plugs for charging, window seat bench was nice (just looking out at a restaurant next door), breakfast was so-so (waffles were good, biscuits and gravy were not, hard boiled eggs had been frozen so were super hard and rubbery, all oatmeal was sugary), coffee was good
-
The staff was rude
