Every thing was excellent

Room was great faced Broadway. Furniture is old and dated but who sits in the room in Nashville. Team friendly, smiling and not that fake smiling like we are getting paid, but genuine smiling, not something you see everywhere these days. Valet service, helpful but will set you back $$$, but location location location, you walk, your vehicle is safe and you have a great time !!!!

Absolutely fantastic stay – perfect location for Nashville! I genuinely could not fault this property. I stayed here with my elderly mum, who uses a mobility wheelchair, and we had absolutely no issues getting to and from our suite. The hotel was very accessible, which made such a difference and gave us complete peace of mind during our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the quirky bar was a lovely touch. The location is absolutely perfect — just far enough off Broadway to feel a little more peaceful, but close enough to walk everywhere. We particularly loved that the surrounding streets were well lit, which made us feel very safe when walking back in the evening. What really stood out to me was how comfortable and at home I felt there. I’ve now been back in the UK for three days and, honestly, I already feel like I need to be back at the Hilton! That says everything about how much I enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making our Nashville trip so special. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it, especially to anyone looking for a fantastic, accessible hotel in the heart of Nashville. I liked it all.

The staff was so friendly everything was clean...

We were impressed with the hotel, except for the fact that we booked a room with two double beds and got one double bed and a pullout couch. Which to me is unacceptable!

Ok trip. Stayed in a suite and each morning there was construction on the roof that woke us up. Other than that everything was cool, proximity to the arena cant be beat.

The location was amazing - we were in town for a concert and really loved that we were able to walk to Bridgestone Arena from the hotel's front doors. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind, and we're overall pleased with the space as a whole. Unfortunately, we had a hiccup at check in, where they couldn't find our booking because their internal system doesn't talk to Booking's system. They tried to say that they were overbooked and didn't know if a room would be available, but when I pulled receipts of my booking and paying for a room with them 6 months ago through booking, they were able to "make it happen" (providing me with the room that I paid for). If they're going to continue to work with third party systems, they need to make sure they're actually paying attention to them for the ease of their guests.

Convenience to Bridgestone Found trash on the floor of the room. No cups for water, no fridge or coffee option in our room. Price of room should include the parking fee as well.

Location Front desk staff was not very friendly.
