Coffee pot in room was inadequate. Had to pay for valet parking. Elevators was very slow, one even stopped on every floor going down.

The room was basic. No room service menu, the hotel phone didn't work. Took two service calls. Maid service was very late everyday . So for paying top dollar I got a Holiday Inn. .Bedding was excellent. Would I come back....50/50.

Location was ideal for planned outings to Broadway as well as easy walking path to Nissan Stadium for a concert. Excellent and beautiful hotel. Will certainly stay again if back in the area!

Great location! Comfortable! Our room was facing broadway and all night we heard thumping all night due to a rooftop bar being right below us. Fridge didn’t keep things very cold

Absolutely loved the location. Would recommend the hotel. Late night room service should not be done at midnight when you’re located in a party town on a Friday/Saturday. Even though lots of food options in the area, just after midnight when your tired and everywhere is too busy to get food and Uber Eats was unreliable after a big concert, it would have been nice to have even very basic options.
