Excellent hotel and location! Terrible matttress

The room was vert comfortable and clean. Loved that there was daily maid service, which is rare now.

We came down to celebrate a friend's wedding anniversary for the weekend. The Hilton was located perfectly to walk everywhere we wanted to go for the weekend. The room was perfect and the staff were great. We will definitely be back.

Great location! My only slight disappointment was the noise from Broadway. Our room was facing Broadway and it honestly sounded like the music was playing in our room. It was so loud most of the night.

It was very convenient to downtown attractions, the staff was friendly and the facilities were exceptionally clean. Only one elevator was operational

Love the hotel being close to the bridgestone and broadway. It was kinda crappy for the price of the hotel that we had to pay an extra $60 for the parking garage fee for just 1 night.

My most recent stay at the downtown Nashville Hilton was, as usual, hotel perfection! This was an extended stay for me, as my flight departure plan changed. I came to Nashville to support my Philadelphia Eagles, playing against the Tennessee Titans. The stadium location was only steps away from the hotel. The close proximity to Broadway is always a real bonus. It is important that I have safe walking spaces to access food and fun! Because I stay here frequently, the staff has become familiar. WILL, at the front desk, is truly the nicest person in Nashville! Of course I enjoy the lobby bar space as an evening gathering spot. It’s also a great location to meet up with other friends and Eagles fans that were in town. Special thanks to the best bartenders, Mario and Kimberly. Kimberly went above and beyond to help make sure my dinner reservation was secure for Trattoria IL Mulino. Dinner there is a must do. It was my friend’s first dining experience at IL MULINO, and our waiter Triston was wonderful. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff always sends a text immediately after check in, to make sure that I have what I need. Thank you Hilton, for maintaining the standard!

Breakfast buffet was a good value and the location was excellent! The outlets in the bedroom were all lose. Needs to be updated to UCB for devise charging.

The atrium was very impressive! Glass elevator was a challenge for me because I’m afraid of heights but I also like challenges.

LOVED the location to everything, bars, shopping, freeway. Well there is only one drive in entrance we had access to which makes it difficult to enter since it’s literally the pedestrian crossing and makes it really hard being one lane and trying to make a left. There looks to be another entrance on the opposite side of the hotel but that was closed off for some reason don’t understand why.
