BNA Suites

While the location is great and the staff were friendly the hotel needs work. The paint is peeling on the doors; there was a large unfinished repair to the drywall in our room and the carpets were stained giving the feeling not being really clean. The suite was very large and the beds comfortable but the place needs to be upgraded.

This hotel had the same old continental breakfast as every roadside motel. There was a waffle maker, but there was fruit, toast, cereal, etc.. The "hot" water was tepid at best. There were no plates. Other guests and I questions the front desk attendant since the breakfast attendant was nowhere to be found. She simply said she hadn't seen her. She made no effort find her, to the point of making herself a waffle then scrolling on her phone in a chair in the lobby. The pool was padlocked and inaccessible. There was a bar, but it was not stocked or opened. The drain in the shower was slow. I would have mentioned this to the front desk clerk, but she couldn't spare the time. The one positive I can share is that the beds and bedding were 5 stars - very comfortable mattresses, pillows, and bedding. I also could not hear any airport noise. So, if you aren't very hungry, want a cocktail or a swim; you might be ok.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. I originally booked for 2 nights and I could not do it. I only ended up staying one night to work out somewhere else to stay. The hotel needs a full remodel and a serious deep clean. The spare pillows had someone else’s hair on it. There was dust everywhere. The tv did not work. The spare bed in the couch was filthy. The previous name was “Hyatt Place Airport Hotel” and looking through those reviews, the new owners did not fix anything. Fortunately, I did not see any pests but that was the only thing this room had going for it. I didn’t even trust the breakfast because I was concerned about the sanitation practices due to the way the room looked. Location was PERFECT! Only about a 7 minute drive from the airport and staff were nice and helpful. But there’s a reason this place is so cheap. I’ve had cleaner rooms at Inn’s. I hate to leave such a negative review but I want other to be fully aware of what they’re paying for.

The price and location was great but the room was not clean at all. Dust every where the shower wasn’t washed the sheets had stains and hair and smelled like someone else slept in it. Cleanliness.

Stains, paint damage, carpets stained, breakfast barely existed, funky smell about the place. Dead cockroaches in hall. Bad bad, don't do it!

Everything One of my rooms was charged from 2 queen bed to a king bed but am still not seeing any changes in my payment and I was also promised 20% off that room

There was mold in the bathroom on the ceilings. The breakfast was not what was advertised. The hotel charged me the full stay amount in addition to what I paid directly through the booking site. The attendant on checkin immediately acknowledged the overcharge and contacted his manager and upon check out again verified they were working on the refund. No refund and now denying the money was even paid.
