Hyatt Place Nashville Airport

Very nice place The air didn't cool the room at all. It was set as low as it would go and we burnt up all night unless we were standing right in front of it. I tried to call the front desk and ask for a box fan and the phone wouldn't work.

Close to airport. Shuttle was great very nice. Could use update couch area not to clean. Breakfast was lacking not that great

Friendly staff. Allowed for my U-Haul to be parked alongside of the building instead of trying to fit into a parking spot.

Everything , esp breakfast staff and housekeeping staff. That the fact restaurant closed due to renovations not noted on any sites.

Classy room, incredible price, good location. It's a nice property so just small issues: Not enough parking. Front desk attendant hard working and friendly but answering calls while assisting me at the desk. Someone should be answering calls in the back office so that attendants don't have to multi task while checking in weary travelers. No "Do Not Disturb" sign, resulting in housekeeping pounding on my door at 8am. Wi-Fi didn't work at all, not even late at night. But the room was so nice and the location so good that the negatives do not come close to outweighing the positives. But the WiFi would have been a bigger issue for me had I stayed long enough to have brought my laptop and had to work in the room. I'd like to stay there again so I hope the WiFi not working was just a temporary glitch.

Information provided on the property said there was food and a bar. We were late getting to the hotel and planned to eat there but there was neither food or a bar. The hotel is run down which makes it appear unclean.

It had a good size room. Water was either steaming hot or freezing cold. The rooms were extremely dirty and the air conditioner didn’t work well the hotel lobby and elevators were disgusting and very hot no AC.

The room was great! Lots of space, a step in shower with a bar inside to hold onto. I really appreciated that. The bed was comfortable. The location was great for what we needed (close to the airport.) We will definitely look for more Hyatt’s to stay at in the future! We would’ve liked more outlets. We needed to each charge our phones and watches, as well as plug in a CPAP. We had to leave extra early before breakfast. It would have been nice to have something quick to grab like a bagel or granola bar (and a cup of coffee!) at that time in the morning.

Well lit outside and good breakfast Small it was definitely not what I expected. I am traveling with two teenagers and two children and it was very cramped and hard to move around in the room

Convenient hotel, good breakfast.. Website said shuttle from airport. Only it ends at 11 pm and did not know until i called at 11:05. . The airport has flights until 1 am.

Room was large, breakfast was included. Although we didn't buy them, it was nice to see they had frozen meals available for purchase - there's no grocery store nearby. Music in the lobby was irritating! Too loud to carry on a conversation. VERY few power outlets in the room.

The bed was super comfortable. Overall, the hotel was decent. The hallway outside my room smelled bad. There were just a lot of things that were worn down and looked shabby.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the facilities were well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also loved having access to the pool and gym—everything I needed was conveniently available in one place. The breakfast was amazing! I especially appreciated the tortillas offered as part of the breakfast selection. As a Hispanic guest, it meant a lot to see food options that reflected and valued the diversity of guests. I have stayed in many hotels and had never seen tortillas served before, so it was a thoughtful touch that made me feel welcome. Most importantly, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Hyatt Place, for a fantastic stay. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others! Everything was great!
