This was my family's second time staying here, and we had a great stay

Good stay. Room was clean.

Well maintained hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. We'd stay at this location again.

Bathroom could’ve used better cleaning & the carpets in the room. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a decent location. The biggest downfall was all the swim lessons they were doing in the pool.

Overall property was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Only thing I see can be improved is the attitude and approach provided by the staff serving the morning breakfast. Only had breakfast 2 of my 5 day stay and both time I came across staff being annoyed and even bothered when asked about basic inquiries. I needed a spoon and asked a lady filling the buffet for one and she said there wasn’t anymore. Her response and attitude was rude to me.

Central location facing a creek, fresh hot breakfast each morning, and affordable.

Unfortunately the free breakfast was not maintained or kept clean. When we arrived around 9 am there was no coffee and the hot food was gone. Apparently they can only brew one dispenser of coffee at a time and the process takes at least 15 minutes. The hot food was not replenished before we left. There were many people there, and the seating was limited. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean. My husband has celiac and it would be nice to have gluten free items on your breakfast menu.

Pet hair was found on bed. Staff was rude. Tv did not work in room. Noisey hotel.

Great hotel ! Definitely would stay again! Clean and quiet neighborhood, friendly helpful staff, and clean inside!

My bed had pet hair on it. One of the tvs n the room did not work. Poor lighting in room. Staff had attitude. Will never return. I do not recommend. The nightly price doesn’t match the hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We came for the Alan Jackson concert and the two ladies there, I think were maybe mother and daughter, but they were awesome!!!

There wasn't a meat substitute for pork at breakfast.

Comfortable and close to airport No coffee out in afternoon

At arrival we were greeted by all staff and had a very simple and quick check in. The room was clean, comfy bed, large bathroom, and other convenient appliances. In the lobby there are board games and a nice cozy space to enjoy time with others. The pool and hot tub area were also very clean and well maintained. This was probably one of the best places I have stayed this year low-key gem! The only thing I didn't like about the property was the fact I had to park on the opposite side of the building as my room. That was only due to all the spaces in front of the building being taken already.

Breakfast selection wasnt that great. Wifi did not work. Some electrical outlets did now work properly and were unsafe.
