The room was very comfortable, and the value was excellent. The option to leave our car and take the airport shuttle was great. We would stay again if we fly out of Nashville.
-
Really friendly staff, the room was massive and comfortable I could hear plans landing and taking off, but it didn’t disrupt my sleep

My boy complaint would be our two bed suite had two TVs ne for the bedroom area and one for the living room area and that one did not work. They did try to fix it but could not and since it was only a one night stay I didn’t ask for a new room or insist on the repair. Though a marketplace credit or something would have been a nice gesture.

Location was convenient and the property provided all of the necessary amenities needed. The free transportation shuttle to and from the airport was the downfall. According to website, pick up from BSNA was 2x an hour as well as departures from hotels same. It took 2 calls to hotel and over an hour for pick and 45 mins to be taken back to BSA even though we were sitting in the lobby as instructed
