Very clean friendly staff treat you like family!! My 2nd time staying there and we love it!!

Property was a little run down and dated. Carpet was dirty looking. Staff was friendly.

It's was relaxing we didn't want to leave our room. The staff was helpful and fun and the breakfast was great this will be our go to spot when we visit Nashville. Thanks.

The amount in taxes is insane. You have a state sales tax, city/county hotel tax, city/county occupancy tax and a hotel fee state sales tax......PLUS the $15 "resort fee" or hotel fee. I also look for a Sonesta hotel when I travel. I have stayed at several in other states. This was my first disappointing experience with the brand.

Great breakfast options.

Great location to the airport. Long term parking was good (spots seemed to be small though). Staff was great and rooms were nice.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient.

Room was perfect

We returned our rental car early and took the #18 bus into downtown Nashville and had no worries about parking in the city! The hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming and kind in providing for our special requests. Breakfast included waffles, eggs and a meat, yogurt, juice, bread and cereal. The lobby and dining room provided a nice space to work or visit. The pool was functioning and appeared to be well kept. My only complaint was the lobby had the FOX station on every day we were there. We were given the remote and turned it off on more than one occasion ourselves. I would like to see a less controversal news source or none at all while I am eating or visiting.

First off when I got there the staff that I checked in was friendly… When I got to my hotel room, the bathroom could be more cleaner.. I loved how the room was spacious.. But tryna find a park was horrible … I just don’t see how you have to walk from across the way when there are no parks at the main hotel.. that was a big NO……

We had a very nice stay. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the hotel was clean throughout our visit. We also appreciated that it is pet-friendly, which made traveling with our pet much easier. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so we can't comment on the food, but overall we had a positive experience and would stay here again. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Easy access. Rooms were very nice and had ample room space. No dislikes at all.

The proximity to a lot of restaurants and stores The bathroom handle broke day 1 the bathroom wall had mildew, the pool was not usable due to excess bleach

Customers can leave their vehicles on site while they are away on flights, makes parking a nightmare for everyone, and they have an overflow lot off site where they should park those who are flying out.

Everything was great from check in to check out. Only reason I gave amenities 4/5 was because only ice machine that had ice in it was on the first floor. Other than that great place to stay and the price was very reasonable. Also, I love the shuttle from and to the airport.

The hotel advertises complementary breakfast. Although when you check in they ask for a credit card for a $100 incidental. That is not uncommon, but what is wrong with this? Is they proceed to tell me that the cost of breakfast per person will be deducted from the hundred dollars regardless if you eat breakfast or not I told them I do not feel like I should be charged that because they advertise complementary breakfast, then try to charge me for it after I tell them I’m not interested in it. I am told that I have to pay it that that daily fee not only covers breakfast but the pool and other amenities again I told the person at the front desk I would not be using the pool or other amenities, but they continue to take money out of my credit card for every day that I was there for things I was not using it needs to be advertised upfront. Breakfast is not complementary. I travel a lot and I have stayed at a lot of different hotels, and I have never had this happen before and I will not be staying at this hotel again because of this.
