The staff are great, good communication, and so friendly with us. I am was teaching to one staff. “I said language ASL I thank you and you’re welcome simply”. 🙂

Rooms were spacious and clean. No micro or coffee pot in the room but available in the breakfast room for use. The lobby and halls were bright and also clean. Breakfast was decent, good options. The attendent kept it stocked. I would stay here again.

No air conditioning in hallways. Coffee maker in room was missing a part. Had to go to front desk to get it.

The area was nice. The carpet and furniture need updated.

Hotel was clean but needs to be updated. My family was placed in an awful room but thanks to the front desk clerk and manager they were nice enough to move us to another room after my frustration and complaints but the toilet kept giving us problems in the new room . Staff were pleasant. Complimentary breakfast could have been better the most we enjoyed was the pool and it needed some attention. Overall hotel needs to be renovated with new furniture. Definitely not worth the money

The price was ok, but they need to clean the carpet, our room door have a cap.

The owner of the hotel is disrespectful, as well as a girl in the front, she does not deal with us professionally.

I reserved a suite with two queen beds, but we were given a room with two full-size beds instead. We also found clothing left on the floor, the sofa was broken, and the breakfast was disappointing. Overall, the room and experience did not match what I reserved or expected.

There was a metal rod sticking outside of the lobby sofa. Didn’t notice that the lobby sofa had damage and ended up with a bad gash caused the metal rod from the sofa. I asked the front desk for a first aid kit but the kit was very much outdated. To my surprise the next morning there was no quarantine to the damaged sofa nor any attention to it. Very poor management. The gym floor had dead cockroaches. The breakfast had no protein options and no waffle batter. The electrical outlets didn’t work in the lobby. I will be getting a full medical work up as the cleanliness of the property is questionable and will be seeking legal advice on this.
