Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel

Everything was good except the AC kept swapping from cold air to warm air in the middle of the night, and they could definitely use another elevator. The pictures are not truly accurate because the pools look bigger than they actually are and that was disappointing but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

My 4 day stay was great.

Clean, fresh, newer, great access to the airport. Good room, excellent beds/bath/space. Some outlets didn't work in our room, so, hard to charge devices. Also A/C never got as low as where we set it; cool enough, but not as cool as we wanted. Responsive staff, wonderful warm breakfast host (Adelita) who made sure all needs were met. Would stay again.

This property had a great rating and good price but was not what we were expecting. None of the ice machines were working lobby and breakfast area were very warm like no a/c. Room was ok the dresser drawers keep sliding open just randomly we were not even using them that was relay strange. No was clothes in the bathroom. Over all if you need a quick place to stay by the airport for a cheaper price this would be the place but do not have high expectations.

Room was very spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The pool however was disappointing. The swim inside/outside was permanently closed. The inside pool deck was VERY SLIPPERY! So slippery it was dangerous for small children to walk on. Definitely a hazzard with as far as I saw no signage or warning. The tiles were sloped and not safe. Our youngest child fell and hit his head quite hard on the pool side. The outside pool deck could use a deep cleaning and maintenance. Overall the stay was good but the pool really left room for improvement.

I originally paid for a room with two queen beds for me and my friend, when we got there they didn’t have our room which I had booked a month in advance. They claimed they upgraded us to an “executive suite” which only had one bed and nobody thought to notify me of this until we arrived. They didn’t offer a refund or anything because the “executive suite” was more but it’s not what I paid for. When we were down at the desk, another guest was at the front because she found bed bugs in her room. We also saw stains from bed bug droppings in our room but no physical bugs. Be wary when booking.

We only stayed for a night before checking into our main hotel, but everything was clean and comfortable! The staff was also lovely.

It was convenient and easy highway access We did not receive any service during our stay. The staff never cleaned our room and never gave us clean towels. Both pools were very dirty to the point the water was green!
