Bathroom tub and sink clogged, staff tried to give my wife a plunger to fix it, Wth. No maid service for 3 days, staff just gave my wife sheets and towels in the lobby, no offer to bring to our room. Staff had very nice family but playing football in lobby, eating, etc. Very loud. Charged me $37 for 2 days $10 parking.

The front desk receptionist was very professional and polite. The property was very clean with

The hotel was fine. I just didn’t like that I had to pay $10 to park there.

Everything was great

It is an airport hotel. Breakfast was not served until 6:00 AM. Customers were leaving far earlier and did not to take advantage of the service promised. Room was clean but bath was aged. The tub/shower was losing its coating. The front desk person Leeann was fantastic.

The front lobby door was broken,,and from what the front desk said it was a fight there previously. All access doors were locked by staff, only entrance was the front entrance. Hotel pool was closed/locked. The shower didn’t stay hot long…They have a nice bar area but it’s closed on the weekends. I prepaid for my room thru 3rd party at check-inn it was an up charge. Cool hotel but I wouldn’t stay anymore too many other hotels around.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, but the refinish on the tub was peeling off giving the perception that it wasn't clean (even though it appeared to be).

One of the outlets in my room was hanging out of the wall, there was a rusty screw on the floor and the hallway outside my room smelled like mold.

1. You need to go to the front desk to pickup trash bags and when I got there, there was appropriate sizes that fits the cans in the room. I had to get the oversized industrial one. 2. When we left, we got ticketed for both our vehicles. Called the front desk, they said it was new policy introduced in July and we should just pay it.

I don’t like much about the property… the smell of mold… the sheet that covered the mattress was stained and we didn’t see it until it was time to check out… I was lied to about the bar being open until 10pm it never opened… I’ll never stay there again!

Can be better,

They advertise free parking and that’s not true.

It is a nice property that tries to be like a big hotel. A bar that has happy hour from 5-7, a decent breakfast, nicely appointed room with a comfortable bed. What I didn’t like first and foremost was having to pay to park my car at the hotel! It appears to be common at many hotels in the Nashville area so be forewarned. Little scraps of paper left lying around mostly in the elevators. Close looks at the room show little errors done in construction which indicates shoddy work by the builder. Examples are the tile work in the bathroom with undressed edges on the floor molding or the spot in the shower just under the drain for the above room that is leaking and causing the ceiling paint to blister. But, these are very minor concerns that will become more pronounced as the building ages. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay, better than the Music City Sheraton.

Breakfast was goo Paid parking… at a hotel… shower water never heated up no blanket for pullout sofa bed. Staff was unhelpful
-
The paint was peeling in the bathroom and the room, towels were falling off the walls in the bathroom, the mattress had a slight human waste spell to it,the mattress slumped in the middle, the shower also had mold on the floor, this was the WORSE HOTEL EVER!!

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally The reception was on the phone with her “Tee Tee” the entire time she was checking me in. The hallways of the hotel had a foul odor to them. Several pieces of furniture in my room looked as if it was tossed out of the window and drug down the street. One piece of furniture had a screw drilled into the top of the table that was obviously holding one of the legs, that had fallen off, into place. The restroom had updated mirrors and sinks. Everything else was very outdated and in need of a facelift.
