Staff was very kind. We did not have breakfast nor did we go to the bar/restaurant. Parking was free and there is also a shuttle to take you to the airport.

Room was clean, air didn't work well, noisy and beds soft. Pool was a decent temp, water was clean but around the pool could have been cleaner.

We had dinner in the bar. The food was excellent and the server was fantastic. She s was friendly & efficient. The rooms were clean & beds comfortable.

Nice staff, room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked and the plumbing was awful. Sink didn’t drain, toilet did not flush well. Mattresses were stained but linens and towels were clean. Toilet could have been cleaned more near the tank area. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but was in a good location near alot of restaurants and gas stations. Very close to interstate.

Staff was very dry, check in and check out process was very smooth. Bar was nice.

This was a great place to stay

Quiet and comfortable airport hotel. Standard hotel room, but spacious and just a short drive to the airport for my early morning flight.

Rooms were clean, bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Restaurant/bar staff was friendly, food and drinks were good. Clean pool area, just would suggest keeping the towels in pool area stocked.

Myself and my cousin booked a room after a horrible travel day resulting in a cancelled flight. When we arrived at the hotel we were told it had been over sold and there were no rooms available. When we asked for help sourcing a new hotel as it was midnight the front desk worker was not helpful and actually borderline rude. Their website to book direct showed rooms available so we were extremely confused. On top of all of this, we waited over 45 minutes for their shuttle at the airport and hand to call 3 times before it arrived. Other hotels shuttled had been there multiple times before ours arrived. Would not recommend, especially after a long travel day.

It is not the Hotels fault but the distance from baggage pickup to the shuttle loading zone way to Far, especially for handy capped People.

First time to Nashville so we had no idea how close it was to all the different things we did. Pretty much 20 minutes to downtown, Nissan stadium, grand ole opre, and to friends and family who live in the area. Nice place to stay and being close to the airport was a bonus, not only arriving, but for the early morning departure as well

It was very beautiful and clean staff was super great but the other patrons not so much but no one can control that. I'd recommend it 1000 times
