Radisson Hotel Nashville Airport

First time to Nashville so we had no idea how close it was to all the different things we did. Pretty much 20 minutes to downtown, Nissan stadium, grand ole opre, and to friends and family who live in the area. Nice place to stay and being close to the airport was a bonus, not only arriving, but for the early morning departure as well

It was very beautiful and clean staff was super great but the other patrons not so much but no one can control that. I'd recommend it 1000 times

There were ants in the room, and the staff at the front desk were not very friendly.

This was a great hotel option and near lots of dining options and close to the airport. The shuttle service was prompt and easy. I would stay here again. The room was nice and pretty clean and modern.

$20 for powdered eggs and overcooked sausage? Pffft. Bathroom wasn't quite clean either.

Comfortable & clean Breakfast buffet was extremely expensive & only able to eat from buffet when a restaurant was advertised.

Room is dirty, there is no even soap. The ceiling is fell down when we are sleeping. It was ridiculous. Worst hotel experience ever. Thank you

When I asked the driver about the return shuttle schedule, he responded rudely, saying, "I don't know, 15 minutes." Despite his attitude, I still tipped him, and he didn't even acknowledge it or say thank you. After a 21-hour travel day, I went straight to bed. The next morning I discovered multiple insects in the room, along with 100s of dead fruit flies, dust everywhere, and clear signs that the room hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time the vents were caked in it. The hotel did refund the room, which I appreciated, but I had already paid for incidentals and breakfast. Unfortunately, breakfast was mediocre, and the service wasn't much better. The server spent most of the time on his phone and even brought me the bill to sign while I was still eating. Overall, while I appreciate that the hotel refunded my room, the poor shuttle service, lack of cleanliness, and disappointing dining experience made for a very unpleasant stay.

Stayed for 7 nights, when booking it said it had laundry service. Turned out it did not. There was 24hr airport shuttle they only had 1 driver on per shift making wait times long. We asked for extra towels at front desk and we're told they did not have any. TV system is basic, so was not able to even cast a movie onto it or able to sync nexflix like other hotels do. Restaurant was good and had good selection. Restaurant staff was great. Overall, it wasnt terrible but definitely could have been better.

We regularly use the Radisson for parking for travel opportunities. Our return from Europe was going to be arriving around midnight. We decided to have an overnight stay. Excellent idea. Not counting that someone would set off a fire alarm. Our room was clean, Staff was wonderful and actually sold us a bottle of wine so we could relax. This is a good hotel whether you are using the travel parking or the hotel stay. Easy choice.

Good stay. Cold AC. Staff was nice.

I wont be back, to many nicer hotels to try out around the area. The pool was nice and the room was clean aside from the rocks in the pillows..

NA No hot tub and for the price of the room, breakfast should be included.
