Holiday Inn Express Nashville Airport by IHG

Delicious!

Disappointing

The location close to family The second queen the frame was broken, no coffee pot on room Breakfast was not hot. The juice machine was put, no attendee to assist with issues no

Pleasant

The staff were nice and accommodating.

The lobby was the cleanest thing The rooms were old baseboard was pealing off my parents had to move rooms because they had two issues their floor was soaked due to the base of the toilet leaking and I don’t remember their other issue. Then they spoke with staff about changing rooms because of the shape of theirs they at first told them they couldn’t because it was booked on booking.com. Also kept having issues with the a/c in both our rooms and our door to the balcony wouldn’t stay shut

Loved having a balcony. Very brief stay.

Exceptional

Outdated but notices posted at the hotel said they were going to remodel. Lobby beer station out of order. And I didn't know they charged for parking...I may have missed that little piece of info in listing.

Property was dated. However the accommodating and professional staff were worth the stay. Note to owner: please update this property!! It is evident you have placed zero dollars into this property. It is VERY old! The one thing you have done right is hire a staff who are professional and courteous. Property is VERY old!!

clean rooms and helpful staff

Great day and service

Staff was pleasant. We arrived several hours before check in. They held our bags for us. Maintenance on plumbing so water was off for a bit. But this was necessary.

Went to Nashville for my birthday, stayed here for 4 days. Everyday that we stayed there was so much noise, hammering, drilling, whatever you can think of, the water was off for half the day every single day we was there, never received an apology or anything
