Staff were happy to help when asked We paid for a king bed room but initially got put in a queen room. Bathroom door in there had holes in it. Got moved to the proper room and the shower leaked so much it flooded the bathroom, the TV didn’t work, the comforter had burn holes in it and stains that looked like the color of dried blood, and the door didn’t lock. Toilet clogged very easily and the chain fell off twice, and we had to ask for more toilet paper, towels, and a plunger.

Dirty. Door broken in room, has to get attending to lock the door. Dog food left on floor stains on door and carpet. Everything but it was cheap for the night

The price wasn’t bad, other than that it was less than desirable. The staff wasn’t rude but definitely wasn’t polite, the smell of the place was just odd

The price and location We booked a king size room but only got a queen size bed. The tile was all busted and coming off for floor. The carpets look like they had not been vacuumed and the TV did not work in our room or our friend's room. The curtain rod over the shower was about to come off the wall and was sagging so bad that the shower curtain kept falling to the middle and would not stay in place. We slept with the lights on because this place was so nasty.

The location was in a really good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit smaller and not as updated as the pictures made it look. The hot tub was cold and under maintenance, the pool was cold and didn’t seem well kept. There didn’t seem to be any warming system for the pool and no water was coming out of the jets so I don’t believe the filtration system was working. Above our AC unit was a broken piece that I believed went to the window or the blinds. Could use some mild renovation.
