Good breakfast and clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and good location

Everyone was very friendly and forkful. My room was spacious, clean, and well- maintained. There was minimal noise from the hallways. Traveling alone, I felt safe on the property. Shuttle drivers were efficient and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the signage of the shuttle needs to be larger.

The room was fine. It was modern and pretty quiet. It was mostly clean, but moldy in some parts of the shower. A few frustrating things that keep me from giving it a higher review is there were never enough towels (only three for five people). We had to ask several times over our 5-night stay to get more. We also had to ask for more body soap. It was never refilled during housekeeping checks. Also, breakfast was not great. The cook to order was tasty, but the self-serve items lacked significantly. There was nobody keeping things fresh and replenished, as well as clean. The yogurt bar was always out of yogurt and fruit. The fresh fruit was very limited, and the bananas were brown. They only had the option of white bread, and all condiments were shared which was not very sanitary.

Loved everything but the persons working when you asked for something like towels you where yold that towels was unavailable until tomorrow until housekeeping would be in house.

Nothing special…staff is non existent, couldn’t get anyone at front desk, happy hour never happened because bartender just didn’t show. Housekeeping never cleaned my room for a 4 night stay. Even asked.

Everyone was really nice to me and my party. The property was to our standards and we loved our fully equipped room. We sat poolside and had everything we needed. Whenever I go back to nashville I will be staying here.

Very quiet and clean. Stayed in a King Bed room as a solo traveler and there was plenty of room! All staff were friendly and the property was clean.

Excellent customer service

We always try and stay here when flying out of Nashville. The hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are large with kitchenettes and the staff are always efficient, kind and courteous. You can leave your car and take the hotel shuttle to and from the airport which saves the expense and hassle of airport parking. Another bonus is the restaurant across the street called Darfon's. The food and atmosphere are great. The hotel pool looks like a resort pool too even though we've never used it.

Quiet and easy to get to airport on shuttle. Also extended parking available on site.
