Element by Marriott Nashville Airport

The property was great but cleanliness of the room wasn’t , whoever cleaned our room prior to our arrival, didn’t clean it. There were cigarettes left underneath the bed & mold in the shower , a can of soda in the fridge, so it was obvious that they didn’t clean the room like they were supposed to.

Had an amazing stay! The housekeeping staff was above and beyond expectations! Any time we asked for anything they were happy to accommodate. The whole place was spotless! The only thing that was a let down was the bar. The drinks we wanted were unable to be made due to no stock. The bartender tried her best but would have preferred what we wanted to have been available. Other than that we were very happy with our stay!

Overall I wouldn’t stay here again, there are much better options.

The staff was amazing but the pool was closed for a maintenance issues 3 of the 6 days we were there and it was 100 degrees outside!

Had a great stay here! Breakfast was good, limited some days. Pool was great for the kiddos. Disappointed about the fire pit being out of service. Also disappointed that after paying for room that you also get charged for parking. I think this should be part of your included in fees.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was convenient. The staff was not helpful and seemed inconvenienced when asked questions.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was wonderful and probably the best we’ve ever had provided at a hotel! Clean rooms and great lounge chairs IN the pool!!!

We loved everything about our stay here. The pool was relaxing and clean. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

It's in a great location, right between downtown and the Opry mall!

Excellent choice in stay, this is a very clean establishment…however I did encounter a slight issue with a wall fixture broken inside the room upon arrival other than that the stay was pleasant

Pool area very nice. They have a grilling area if you want to grill out. Room very clean. Nice to have full size refrigerator

There was no hot water to take a shower, so eventually were moved to a different room. No help moving. No discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. Not a fan of the Element and I will not be returning .

Best hotel experience we've had in Nashville! All staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order, and our suite was clean, well stocked, and comfortable.

Comfortable bed Shower wasn’t that clean

This property is 8 minutes from the Nashville airport and about 15-20 minutes from Broadway. The cooked to order breakfast was great. The room was perfect for our family with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kitchen utensils. Airport shuttle is a big plus. Pool was clean and enjoyable. The cost verses value was exceptional. We also had food and groceries delivered here with no issue. There are several fast food establishments within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
