Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean.

It was clean and nice They charged me twice for 1 night stay and act like they didn’t when I showed them the charge on my bank account. They were no help and now I am out $127 when the room was paid in advance. The staff and manager were no help everyone acted clueless. Called the 800 number samething act clueless. I had to cal so many people to loan me money to get back home. I had a 11 hour drive and they charged my card twice and that was my gas money. I still have yet to get it back.

Did not include breakfast. Wanted me to pay $10 for it.

It’s was modern up to date My room has a funny smell and the bathroom sink drained very slow

Great location close to Nashville Int’l Airport. Shuttle service to/from. Room was well cleaned and moderate size. AC unit was great and functioned wonderfully, keeping it cool in the room, and doing it quickly. Staff was absolutely fantastic. Very small breakfast area, even smaller coffee area. Didn’t order any food, but a couple cocktails from the bar were great. If you need a place close to BNA, this is a great choice.

The hotel was super clean and modern. Staff were very helpful.

Tvs are hard to connect to, perhaps bring a computer w hdmi, yet some rooms you cant access the port. Idk minor inconvience. Also pool is not heated. And breakfast and parking is not included.

Great staff and clean room!

The property description said full service restaurant and bar open to 10 pm. It was a cold, Formica space, more appropriate for breakfast than dinner. Could not find staff or menu.

Staff is horrible at communicating and charged for things they could not explain later. Was kicked out of my room without notice.

Great Stay and Great Staff!

We first checked in and were told that we were being moved from a king room to a double queen, which with our kiddo wasn’t the most helpful since we had a crib in our room so already cut us down on space. We pulled our comforter up and seen a red stain. So slept on the other bed. The floors were dirty, under the beds were appalling, and the bathroom had a black handprint on the wall. The pool was NASTY having stuff floating all around in it and having piles of stuff on the floor of the pool. The bartender was creepy with our daughter, explaining how the smell of babies was addicting? Not one time did a staff member smile or acknowledge we were there. Not to mention I had to call before we got there due to an issue with our card and was so upset by just how rude the lady on the phone was. As she got upset with me for just asking if they took cash. Will not be back or recommending this place to anyone unfortunately.
