Holiday Inn Nashville Airport by IHG

The sheets had stains on them. The tv did not work, the sink in the bathroom water did not go down.

Whole trip was bad I will not be back

The parking was way too crowded

The stay was excellent. The staff was attentive.

It was a great hotel with shuttle transportation

The towels and sheets had stains on them. There was rust in the shower fixtures.

Property was very nice, and staff was very helpful.

Clean property all around, there is a parking fee but overall stay was great and location is prime for airport travelers.

Parking was an issue

This hotel was amazing. Sheila was helpful. The shuttle drivers, Ash and Beter, were so helpful. The only thing that is missing is full length mirror. Other than that, excellent. Great breakfast too

I noticed blonde hair on the sink and in the corner of the tub, along with clumps of hair underneath the table/desk. The floors had not been swept or mopped. After housekeeping serviced the room, the beds were made and fresh towels were provided, but all of the previously mentioned debris remained. This leads me to believe the room was not actually cleaned, but simply straightened up.

The air conditioner sounded like a dripping faucet all night. The black out blinds and regular screen pulls were broken so I did not sleep. I asked for maintenance that never came to fix it and was told the hotel was sold out so I could not change rooms. The lights in the bathroom are not bright enough to wash let alone put on makeup or see if you do have a medical issue. It did not have a full-length mirror.

Everything was very well maintained. Great service and people

I didn’t understand the Parking

The room was comfortable. However, the water would take time to go away in the shower and sink. The door to bathroom was broken and not too much privacy was left. I also wish that it was clarified at some point that you have to pay per person for breakfast. I take accountability on thinking that by selecting breakfast included options on hotels also included breakfast buffet “available” which is not “included”.

Wasn't what we were expecting

Half of the gym equipment was broken as well My other issue was I went down for breakfast and stood there for 5 mins . There was a sign that said please wait to be seated , but nobody came out . I went over and grabbed a coffee then came back. Two ladies were just standing there. They finally spoke , do you want breakfast , yes , do you have a red ticket , no , breakfast is 16.95 . Okay . So do I get breakfast do I pay first , they just kept standing there . So I walked away. If you are going to charge ridiculous amount for breakfast , at least have someone who is able to help out . Also since when do we have to pay for parking at a hotel!!!! $12.00 for parking $16.00 for breakfast that’s an extra $28.00 not including if others are eating breakfast as well (12 and under are free ) . Probably won’t stay again , to many negatives not enough positives
