AC Hotel by Marriott National Harbor Washington, D.C. Area

I was excited to stay at the Harbor but unfortunately the experience wasn’t as expected. There were 2 security concerns where both the back door and side door to the hotel were unsecured. Neither were locked and anyone could access from the street. This was reported to the front desk. On Saturday, we were unable to relax and have a drink at the bar because of unforeseen circumstances, which we were advised by the front desk. Also on Saturday, the bathrooms for our Family reunion in Event room 2, were closed off for quite some time. I was truly disappointed with my stay, especially for the amount paid for the experience.

Breakfast is overpriced. Beds were hard. Good price on parking. Odd side rooms excessively load. Elevators were quick. Lots of restaurants. Great book store.

Room was very clean. Location was close to everything I needed to get to. Breakfast buffet was $18. Compare the selection with what's available in town to see if that's what you'd prefer, but I thought it was a fair price. At least wifi was free!

Great hotel in a beautiful area 5 min drive from mgm casino

I did enjoy my stay at the hotel. I like a hotel that has a bar and a restaurant this hotel had a bar that was open from 5-11 pm there was no restaurant in the hotel it was next door so you had to go outside to get to restaurant so I felt that was misleading. The continental breakfast was a 👎$18.00 for coffee and croissants and danishes. Staff was amazing and housekeeping was👍

Second time here and it was still excellent!

The lower floors of this hotel were extremely noisy on a Saturday night. In addition, the thermostat/ac in our room stopped working around midnight and there was no maintenance engineer on site so we had to pack up and move to another room. Lastly, there is no dedicated parking for the hotel so you have to park in a garage for the entire complex. Overall we would not stay here again.

Absolutely loved it here, from the first time you step off the elevator you are greeted with warmth! The staff is wonderful, very helpful. The entire establishment is super clean, breakfast was felt, rooms are a tad bit small…but very clean. This will now be my permanent breath of fresh air.

I enjoyed my stay. Close to many restaurants, across the street from.the marina and activities. Since we went the 4th of July weekend and the heatwave, I did not notice any activities going on that were listed on the site. But overall we had a good time. If you dont purchase a food package , breakfast in the hotel is not complimentary it is $18. I was unaware of that. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, we went to the diner up the street. They do have a small fridge in the room with a couple bottles of water, no microwave in the room. But there is one by the front desk.

We opted for Silver diner and received service and free refills for the same cost. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The room's very clean and the staff is very helpful in regards to parking garage and how how it is charged and how it's paid for by the hotel

The room was great The atm machine was broken you need to have ice machine on every floor and have free breakfast for your guests i had a great time staff and every employee was great

Avoid the breakfast rip-off

Wish the room was a little more cleaner. The floor needed a good vacuum/ sweep. Kept finding black dots/ marks on the sheets. (Yes I made sure they weren’t bugs) The shower didn’t have any shower gel/ body wash left. Tried to call the lobby but the phone didn’t seem to wanna connect with them or the it was unplugged, i don’t know but just wasn’t able to call them.
