Club Wyndham National Harbor

I appreciate the cleanliness and the big space in the unit. You really feel like you’re home. I felt safe in a good location. I did not like that they do not offer a market in the lobby area since this accommodation is basic provide you a home away from home which includes microwave oven refrigerator, but there is no place to shop for anything. They only shop in this area was a CVS which is not acceptable. This location should have its own little marketplace where people can shop for things and bring it upstairs to their room. It would bring profit for Wyndham any of the will also help the people renting out the units

From the hotel cleanliness, to the extremely welcoming staff, to the endless child friendly amenities, we could not have asked for a better experience. Absolutely could not recommend this hotel more. A must stay in National Harbor!

Many activities for the kids. It’s a cute timeshare. We were in the 2nd floor and there was a floor shaking party until 11pm in the event space below. I never expected not to be able to rest when I got checked in.

Location and facility Staff. I had some GI problem on the first day of my stay and ended out with a dirty toilet. When I asked to have the toilet in the bath room cleaned on the next day, they told me that they can not accommodate it unless I stay at least for 2 weeks. However, there was no cleaning tool for use in the facility to clean the toilet myself and I have to endure a dirty toilet for the whole duration of my stay.

Lovely property and the room was spacious and clean! I was surprised that there was no cleaning service for my entire stay - no emptying of the trash, no toilet / shower upkeep, no towel checking. Maybe I should have asked for it but I thought they would at least stop by...
