I booked a king size bed, only to be told that there were no longer available. And had to settle with what ever they gave us. Overall the rooms were clean, the staff were pleasant and breakfast was amazing!

This was a beautiful stay for our 42nd anniversary. The room was extremely clean and magnificent. The staff showed a caring demeanor. The Front Desk personnel was so helpful. Alexia (?) at the front desk was extremely helpful with area. She was happy, cheerful and a total gem. I was extremely grateful for her professionalism and knowledge of the area. Thank you for making this day enjoyable.

Overall the hotel was ok. Front desk staff were not helpful. Gave me the wrong room. Two double beds instead of a king sized bed. One of the double beds was completely sunk in on one side and obviously needs to be replaced. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles. I was not able to use the $25 credit for food. You should be able use it for the entirety of your stay. I like Westins but this one did not cut the mustard.
