Location was perfect My room had a foul mildew smell to it . Soon as you opened the door it smacked you in the face

We called for room service for the bathroom toilet which was not looked at for over 4 to 6 hours. When the service was done, the problem was never solved.

It smells so good when you walk in. Staff is amazing. I wasn’t feeling well and was offered bottled water. And, she suggested I go have a sit and she will come to me. The hotel has MANY of things to do in the area AND at the hotel. I would stay here AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! Book the room. I purchased a king room with a view. The bed is super comfortable. No tub only stand up shower. Amenities included. Overall great experience

Wonderful hotel and it’s in a good spot. Didn’t have to drive, everything (restaurants, shops, convenience stores) is in walking distance.

The gentlemen from Egypt ( front desk)was super friendly and accommodating, thank you! And the $25 services credit was an added bonus,awesome! I did find the very large piece of styrofoam lodged behind the toilet in our room out of place for a " high end" hotel...

The hotel has a wonderful location, steps from the pier and good restaurant. The bar and the restaurant have lovely views of the water. The room was very comfortable, but the room and the hotel were too humid. It was hot and humid outside, and we think it just couldn’t keep up.
