Welcoming staff

It is absolutely excellent, and I recommend it to everyone.

Upon entry to the lobby we were warmly greeted, filled out the proper paperwork then provided a key for our hotel room it was less than a 5 minute process. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels and our beds were made and ready to be used. The only criticism I had is that my pillows were extremely flimsy and I woke up every morning with a sore back and stiff neck, I actually dreaded sleeping in the bed after a couple of nights. Other than that the bartenders and restaurant staff were amazing and the rest of the facilities we clean and met my expectations. I’d definitely recommend them due to the location with lots of great shops and restaurants in the area.

Hyatt Place is one of my favorite hotel getaway places to stay. They have friendly staff, great customer service and easy checki-in. I love this place and I always get the river view room.

I was also disappointed with the breakfast experience. We paid the additional breakfast fee expecting the standard quality associated with the Hyatt brand, but were met with disposable paper plates, cups, and cutlery, along with a very limited and low-quality food selection. Overall, the experience fell well below my expectations for a Hyatt property.

The restaurant was closed during our stay but we will be back again loved staying here
