Hyatt Place National Harbor

Have stayed several times. Always predictable quality for the price. Wife would always come just for the awesome hot breakfast each day!

Everyone was very friendly. The room was perfect for us. The location is 6 stars out of 5!

The place was very nice, but I had to call maintenance three times due to the AC being out in the room. However, they were able to reset it every time. It was just an inconvenience.

Website says shuttle to MGM. No shuttle. Parking is 2.50 per hr. Room air did not work. Breakfast was good.

Location is awesome. It depends on the room but the room we were in was in front of national harbor. We could see fireworks.

I love the quiet spacious room. The bed was uncomfortable and the AC unit in the room didn't work.

We only stayed for one night. We got one of the corner suites. It was very nice. A decent view of the Potomac (though you aren't facing directly out at it) and the main room was very spacious and comfy. If we had stayed longer, this would have been a nice room to come back to after a long day.

I didn’t like that we couldn’t decorate but it’s ok overall the room was exactly what we wanted

The property was clean , the employees were nice and knowledgeable - Chloe at the front desk was excellent. The only thing that needed improvement was more staff at the restaurant. Antoinette was an Awesome waitress!

I enjoyed the environment, the amenities that was inside and outside of the hotel. The staff was amazing. I was intrigued about how the staff supported me in distress early in the morning and the room the staff and everything else was great. I would definitely book a room again. It was a great location and close and proximity to everything.

I enjoyed the floor to celling windows displaying the river view. Rooms where slightly smaller than i expected . Access to all attractions where on point. The only thing i wish they had was a complimentary toiletries in the room. Aside from my wish everything was ok!!
