All staff were friendly. Elevator area on the 18th was not cleaned for two days. I paid for parking when I checked in but had to pay when leaving the garage. There was no attendant in the booth and no one answered the call button. The pool was super small and mostly children. Would be nice to have a pool area for adults especially since there is a pool side bar.

Absolutely, beautiful facilities the girl in the whiskey tasting room was very rude and standoffish… we stayed in there for 10 minutes because of that then we left. The lines were very, very long and slow for check-in when we got up to the front. I asked if we could have one of the atrium rooms which they WERE available and they told me no after spending a lot of money to stay there. They also told me that because I got tricked online into thinking it was their site, and it wasn’t booked through them. That I don’t get the Marriott Bonvoy points and I spent $1289… the Marriott definitely got the money but they would’nt give us the points. I got zero points not happy. They were also having a party for Fourth of July up on the top floor and they were charging $270 per person,to get up there to see the fireworks with some food no food is worth that , so for four of us that would’ve costed us almost as much as what it cost us to stay at the property. The food down in the grab and go section of cafe was very very expensive. They definitely price gouge you for everything you get in there,so although it’s a beautiful beautiful property, everything else isn’t so great.

Buen servicio, lo recomiendo y el desayuno es muy bueno al igual que la atención del personal

Not given the hotel room I had reserved, they gave an occupied room first and then the AC was not working well in the room assigned (12132) - noisy all night and therefore couldn’t sleep well. Further, very complex parking with self parking gate not working well.

Excellent all around... very friendly and hospitable..

The Gaylord Resort is one of a kind. What a first class facility.
-
Everything was good I didn’t like how I booked for what I paid for and they have to find me a room when it was already booked
-
I was definitely charged more than advertised when paying at the hotel. Room is okay but shower ceiling looked dingy

Beautiful resort, lots to do.

Our room was perfectly clean. Very spacious. The a/c worked great. Very quite. The staff was so polite & extremely helpful.

Clean room.

The overall experience was great after housekeeping sprayed down the smoke filled room.

Check in took forever, the line was so long and took about 40 minutes to get through. The ‘room service’ was extremely limited, trash was left in big bags by housekeeping to be picked up later, but was not very welcoming when arriving to our room after a lengthy check in around 5:00, and the parking attendant when we were leaving was rude. We had no idea we were supposed to keep our room keys to leave the parking lot, as the check out line was long like the check in line, so we did the express check out-which required us to leave our keys. For $600/night we got less than we did when we stayed at another hotel less than a block away previously for $300/night. Wasn’t worth the hype.

Didn't get a room with a great view, and thought the room would be like the photos. I would have chosen a room with a better view..

Family friendly weekend. Enjoyed Summer Foodie Festival and Saturday night music.
