Crystal Inn Neptune

The best affordable motel in the area.

There's a lot of inexpensive options in Neptune but this place makes you forget. The rooms are clean, they keep the technology up and most of all the staff talk to you like a human being and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Compare this to the Motel 6 out near Tinton Falls and you will totally get my point.

It was easy to check in and was treated nicely

Nice place to stay and it's not to far from the beach about 7min aways. We enjoy the pool as well.

The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The room was cleaned every day of our stay. The pool was so refreshing and clean. The continental breakfast was just enough to get your day started. I would highly recommend a stay at the Crystal Inn. I plan to go back next year. Thank you Staff. Special shout out to Madelyn who was always so polite and helpful as well as Brandall.

Clean room with direct outdoor access, we stayed poolside. Only a short drive to Asbury Park. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the small buffet style breakfast was just enough to start the day. Great coffee

This is a nice low budget hotel for the area. Nice pool. Helpful staff. I think some people live here and they may not be the best guests, so maybe that’s why a lot of negative reviews. But for a night or two this place is fine.

Staff was very accommodating. We were given an early check in, and late check out! The rooms were very clean and housekeeping arranged our rooms both days. The motel was situated close to everything we expected to visit. Coffee was not available at all times, as was listed. There were people in the pool area well into the late night, and they were heard in our rooms. Tissues were not provided ( the housekeeping staff gave me an extra roll of toilet paper to suffice). The breakfast was adequate.

Loved it great staff

Basic expensive shore hotel - They tried to make it nice but it just had that "I used to be a smoking hotel and we'll cover it up with air freshener and a paint job and a new, cheap floor and maybe no one will notice." There is no headboard, which just cheapened it more. The bed was hard (not good for me) and I just felt...nervous about touching things. The bathroom was remodeled looking but there is nowhere to put your hands or hold onto and it was slippery. There is nowhere for your toiletries in the shower. For over $250 a night I was dreaming of a Hampton Inn. The front desk lady was very nice and there was a continental bfast but I didn't go. I didn't swim but the pool area did look beautiful and well maintained. I wouldn't go again but I also know prices are high in that area and....what can you do? Sigh....

The location is perfect...close enough to the beach to get there easily, but not close enough to be in the craziness. The room was very basic but very clean and comfortable. The shower was one of the best in any hotel I've been in (and I travel a lot, including some pretty high-end places). The bed was good. Parking and the rest of the property were spacious and clean. This is Highly recommended for value and location! The breakfast could have been a little better, but we ended up eating at the beach anyway.

Can smoke inside but you can on your blacony and outside.

Room was extremely clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our mini fridge stopped working and it was addressed immediately. Other than coffee we did not utilize the breakfast.

The room was clean. Price was good. I appreciated the good price and can say you get what you paid for. I really appreciated their focus on value. Bed was great. Towels... well, they were the basic white towels, but I prefer bringing my own towels on these trips.

The pool was wonderful. The location was great. Quick drive to the beach. The chemicals they use to clean and disinfect are very strong. No dressers to put clothing if you are staying awhile.

This place is fine in a pinch, but it’s absolutely no frills, dated, kinda run down vibes. It feels like the kind of hotel you’d be murdered in, but we felt… mostly safe. The bed was pretty comfortable. The landscaping is great outside. The staff was super helpful.
