To be fair, the staff was respectful and attentive despite the property’s many challenges. The building and room entry systems were frequently dysfunctional, and, strangely, my room didn’t even have a headboard. The most serious issue, however, was the pervasive mildew or mold odor. Overall, I was profoundly disappointed with the facility.

From the front desk Marilyn/night shift lady to the pool/maintenance guy everything was 10/10 no complaints at all!!!!

Good for us!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel; the first time was just for one night, so it was fine. However, during this July 4th stay, the internet in my room didn't work; despite complaining three times, they never fixed it, and I couldn't use my laptop. We were also without power from 9:30 PM Saturday until 9:00 AM; during that time, there were no lights or air conditioning, and the temperature was 90°F—nothing electrical worked. I find this absolutely absurd, as a hotel should have an emergency generator... it’s regrettable, especially since we haven't even received an apology for the terrible, sweltering night we endured. I do want to make one exception for Ms. Madeline, however, who was very attentive to us.

The pool was a nice temperature and very clean.the room was clean.the staff were friendly.location was excellent to the beaches,10 minutes away.breakfast is a bagel ,orange juice and cereal.

Its a place to sleep while in the area that doesn't break the bank. Its pretty run down but the sheets were clean. I had my key card deactivate while out for the day and the office was locked. It took several tries to get someone to answer and re-activate my key card.

The front desk woman was trying her best and was there from check in on Friday around 4, until we checked out two nights early on Saturday at 1. Including during the night. It was unclean, shower was broken. Staff although very nice couldn’t fix it. Owner said he would be in by 9 am, stayed until 11, then checked out.

Everything was great! We stayed here several years ago and it was out dated but they made new renovations and it made our stay more enjoyable. I have nothing negative to say except they need to do better with the continental breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed Room smelled musty. Air conditioning was good Not worth the price but did the job for one night.

Great stop. Nice pool. Good price. Not far from entertainment in asbury park. Madeline was a great help with checking in and out and with purchases made at the counter

Decent enough hotel but the bed wasn't great. Otherwise it was good.

Near Asbury Park. Staff nice Room very dirty. I have stayed at really nice Hiltons for the price of this place that were very clean. Bad odor. Ceiling falling down. Duct tape carpet in halls. Bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast was white toast and bananas.

This is a good budget friendly option for short trips, especially if you’re going to a show at the Stone Pony and just need a place to stay for the night. It’s a no frills motel but it has a nice pool and every room has a patio or balcony. There are also some late night food options within walking distance. The linens and towels could use an upgrade for sure, but the room itself was clean and spacious.
