We normally don't do "outside" rooms but we were in a pinch and need a room quick. Happiest of mistakes, the rooms were nice, clean rooms, and the beds were amazing! We will definitely keep this hidden gem in mind for next time.

The room was big and we had plenty of space for us and 2 dogs.

A/C kept the room very nice and cool

I stayed two night. Friday night got into room little after 6pm from riding a Slingshot in from Huntsville, TX My dog and I were tired. Showered, and went to sleep. Woke up at 11pm sweating. I think ac ran out of freon. Called desk within literally 10 minutes, he moved me to another room, ac worked so good I had to turn it up. Service was great, fast, and efficient.

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Older hotel but decorated nicely and the upkeep was good.

First room smelled like pee. We got moved promptly and the front desk attendant was very helpful. We got into the second room and it was hot and stuffy. Had to wait for it to cool down but beats the smell of pee. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

No complaints. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I was disappointed with my choice for the money.

Courteous staff. Comfy bed. Clean. Would stay again.

Typical "By the interstate" cheap spot. Kinda loud, minimal breakfast offerings, but modern and new. Amazing that, despite the recent build, the shower head is 5 ft. above the tub floor requiring virtually any adult to have to bend over in some weird yoga pose to get your head under the shower..

Room was okay, seemed to be occupied by extended stay. Mistakenly booked smoking king (which there was a notation of additional 200 deposit) asked to change to king non smoking was informed that would be an upcharge so had to go to double queen non smoking. Asked about ice machines and was informed non were working. Breakfast was minimal. An ok stay but will not book again.

This property was listed as a 4 star hotel but obviously has not been evacuated for a very long time. The rooms are extremely outdated with carpet that has been torn away and ants crawling all through the carpet, the mattresses have dead and active bed bugs. This hotel is at best 1.5 star hotel. We picked this hotel because Expedia listed it as a 4 star but clearly has not evaluated it in a long time. It’s a hotel that once was nice but sold at some point and current owners clearly are not maintaining the property.

Room was clean. Service was great, and no issues. Had a good time!

The staff were super helpful!! Our suite was super comfy and clean, & our a/c worked amazing, it kept the room so cold to get a good night sleep!

It’s good enough if just want a place to sleep. Service at front is friendly. Price is cheap so not expected high quality accommodation. Our room maybe not been used for a while. Rusted water comes out at the beginning. Few dead roaches in restroom. Ac turned off itself during the night. Not sure if it is on timer or electricity ran out. Probably the room needs to be checked before renting.

The building requires some maintenance. My room lacked a microwave, and I the tv was kind of outdated. But everything was pleasantly clean. Staff was very helpful. Overall everything was pretty good compared to other similar hotels with the same pricing. If I ever come back to New Braunfuls I'd pick to stay here again.

Parking was easy. Check in was easy; young woman at the desk was very friendly. She assigned us a room right across from the pool - my mistake. I should have requested further away to minimize noise and light streaming in the entire evening. The pool was active being a Friday night; and the area was well lit (as well it should be). The room had blackout curtains, but light still 'leaked' around the top/bottom. The room itself was spacious and clean, though aged; carpet worn, loose shower faucet, roof repairs were noticeable from water leaks. AC blew cold & quiet; a plus after a long hot day. Bed was comfortable, though a bit soft for spouse's preference. Mini-fridge, ironing board, hair dryer, desk/chair, and lounge chair. Breakfast was basic; cereal, cupcakes, waffle, coffee, juice. Overall, good value for a night or two.

Big room The breakfast wasn’t desirable

The shower didn’t work. The bathtub was dirty…. I had to buy my own cleaner and clean the bathtub. The shower didn’t work at all. It doesn’t turn on… when there was super nice. The hot tub was nice. The floor was nice…. Didn’t stay for the breakfast on any day.
