You do not have a microwave in the rooms. They have a complimentary coffee but no tea!!

The staff treated like a second class by giving a room that looked out to the roof, and the. switching it to highway view. When I paid extra for the city view. And I paid extra for breakfast and parking. When I went to eat breakfast the waitress told me, to check the front desk and make sure my breakfast was included. Made me walk over there for nothing, after I told her my breakfast is paid for already. Even if it wasn’t they made pay a 50 dollar deposit lol

The rooms were not as clean as you would expect from a Hyatt hotel. We found leftover Chinese food in the fridge and the carpet had food crumps from the previous stay.

Had a great experience. All the staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. I actually left my bag with passports, cash and jewelry in the room safe by accident. When I remembered and returned that night, everything was sealed in bag left in the safe behind the front desk. They were very helpful and accommodating. I recommend staying here.

Great stay to visit Rutgers. Close to campus and was easy to get to from Newark airport

Easy to park, clean spacious rooms, generous staff, good breakfast and cocktails in the evening. Very walkable to fun restaurants and the train station.
