The staff were very welcoming and communicated well. The staff provided a crib for our stay and communicated before our arrival.

Quality of the Heldrich has definitely dropped. My room was dirty and had flies in it. Complimentary lotion was already opened and used. Bathroom had chipping paint everywhere. The staff was helpful and switched me to a different room which was better, but I was disappointed in my stay here. Good thing was the location in downtown New Brunswick and walking distance to many restaurants.

Hotel was well maintained, helpful and attentive staff, and convenient restaurant within the hotel. Through no fault of theirs, the center of town attracts those that are struggling. I would say, be mindful of your surroundings especially at night. Plenty of restaurants to suit your tastes, and live jazz Tuesday and Thursday at Tavern on George (go!) That being said, if I had to stay in New Brunswick again, I would return to this hotel.

Had to switch rooms due to it being incredibly muggy (like the carpet and bedding felt moist), the ac wasn't working, and tv wasn't working. But the new room was what it should've been.

Genuinely still surprised- the only reason I booked was because Hyatt was full and no where else to stay. I called ahead to ask if restaurant would be open this time, confirmed yea and then when I arrived was told not open. Considering the hotel was empty was put in an old room in the back - and #Heldrich? You need to have a qualified Front Desk Staff period.

Very nice hotel with a lot to do in the area, I would stay here again and the security is A++, key card for EVERYTHING

Great location. A lot of things in walking distance. More importantly, anything could be delivered at almost any time. The area has a lot of construction going on, so while walking you saw the good, and bad. We met quite a few people asking for money, etc on the street. Also…the pool area/water smelled a bit old or like mildew. Our tv in the rooms volume was a little distorted. For the price per night, I would stay there again, though. As many of the other local hotels were dumps.

The rooms are very clean and the location is exceptional. This will be my go to New Brunswick hotel.

It s in the middle of everything and the valet park was great as we parked in the front of the hotel and didn’t downloaded our luggages that was not needed Dirty old, my kid had severe dirt allergy attack. Everything old and not maintained. Our tv didn’t work and one of drawer didn’t even close
