Suggestion we would have is to offer a free coffee and tea station in lobby each morning. As this hotel was one of 6 we stayed at on our road trip from South Jersey to Maine and Back it was only one to not offer that. But would stay there again for sure

Everything was perfect. Shuttle was so helpful too and their driver was amazing.

No free coffee AC unit shut off TV was watching a program and it went out not happy. Would never stay there again.

From the road, one might think this hotel was old and out of date. It has undergone a sleek modern renovation and the huge rooms and amenities made this one of the better thst hotels we have stayed in recently, and we travel often. Free parking was a bonus in busy New Haven.

Beautiful hotel, inside & out (though architecture buffs be warned: this is not a historical renovation). Many thoughtful design touches in rooms. The location—next to IKEA, train lines & port—is not picturesque. A car is ideal, otherwise an uber or the free shuttle bus—it is not in a walkable area.
