Location No housekeeping during my 2-night stay 2, and loud car-racing outside noise until 2 a.m

Do spent 3 nights but my bed was not changed the entire time.

Location was good, nice to have direct indoor access to the garage for parking. View was decent and bed was comfortable. Blackout curtains worked well. My room was riddled with ants in the morning. The garage had mice. The "free" wifi didn't end up working for me so I had to use my own hotspot. NO complementary dental kit (ridiculous).

The ladies at the reception were fantastic, super sweet and helpful. The location is amazing as well. Good value for the money. We did notice doing our walk-through to make sure we didn’t leave anything that under the bed could be vacuumed.

It was a perfectly good hotel!! Wish the offer bar had real milk but no qualms other than that. Parking is also super affordable (imo).

I had a very good stay at the New Haven Hotel. Sulav on reception could not have been more helpful. He welcomed me and made sure I understood how to access the parking which is so easy and includes a dedicated passage to floor 2 of the hotel. The following day he gave me excellent assistance, so I was able to enjoy New Haven. The hotel is very well situated for visiting Yale University.

Honestly, for the price I paid, this was one of the best hotel values I’ve ever had. The room was spotless, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and they had free guest laundry. Would 100% stay here again.

Everything was perfect.

Modern, nice looking hotel. Very clean for the most part. Didn’t like that our bathtub had a slip proof mat that had rust color streaks all across it. Only real complaint, oh and the their coffee maker wasn’t working. Our room was also located near the ice machine and we could hear the ice being dropped regularly. That was pretty annoying once we got in bed. I would stay here again though, just don’t want a room near ice machine.

Good location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient and coffee in lobby was good. Rooms are a bit dated so they do look like picture but just not great. TV did not work well, I think you could only cast on it no channels etc and I did not bother go through steps to cast. I should have called about TV but did not really spend that much time in room during waking hours. View was not good from room.

It would be nice to bring back the wine and cheese hour.

Great stay. We arrived a little early due to a family emergency but staff took care of us. Rooms were comfortable. Definitely would stay at this property again and highly recommend.

Clean and spacious room; and nice and helpful staff

Unfortunately the room that we had face the street. Loud motorcycles could be heard at night. On Saturday night there was a festival and motorcycles, trucks and loud music went on till after 3:00 in the morning. The next that is 6:00 in the morning, firefighters, EMTs and the police were knocking at the door next door. It seems a woman was having some kind of a mental breakdown and wouldn't unlock the door to get help. Needless to say, it was not the best experience. Because we booked with Expedia they couldn't do anything about the price of two nights. However, they did comp us the parking which was nice. Also, the cleaners do not make the beds only give you towels. No one had told us that so we came back to a messy bed the first night.
