Super place

We didn’t eat breakfast The toilet the sink in the bathroom were too low and the bed on one side seemed old and the bathroom was pretty small, but the room was very clean and there was no QR code so you couldn’t read what the menu was in the restaurant upstairs

Location is great. A kettle would be appreciated.⁹

Some of the staff in the front office and f&b. Eugene at the door and Trisha at the desk ate amazing. Theirs another name in the restaurant, It'll come to me on my next review.

Motorcyclists race down the nearby streets all night long. Sleeping is impossible. The management was not responsive. I had to call the New Haven Police Department myself to register a complaint. Don’t select this hotel if you want a good night’s sleep.

Great location and price. Most of the outlets didn’t work in our room. None of the outlets in the bathroom worked. Also, I picked a room with Yale University view. My room had me looking at a parking deck.

The staff were super friendly. The parking garage was a bit of a pain, but the staff helped us navigate it. The hotel is a little older, but still clean and comfortable. It was a great location just be careful of the bus stop on the corner at night, it seemed a little sketchy.

Room was nice and clean, bathroom sink was clogged drained very slow. Staff -amazing and helpful. Hotel area is very loud and busy at night with party goers and street people.

We stayed overnight for our anniversary and had a pleasant stay. The staff were welcoming, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom clean. We will definitely be back.

The safe was amazing and very kind and helpful. The roof top restaurant was subpar, dinner was much better than Breakfast. The biggest complaint I have is how loud the noise is outside of the hotel. There were massive amounts of young people partying in the streets, yelling, fighting, and dangerously riding motorcycles ripping through the streets. We were on the 17th floor and could hear it like it was right next to us. This isn’t the hotels fault but definitely think law enforcement can and should do more.

The hotel is in a convenient location, and the room was clean. I booked and paid for a two-night stay through Booking.com on the day I arrived. Shortly after checking in, I realized I would only need one night due to an unexpected change of plans. Booking.com directed me to speak with the hotel because the reservation had already been processed. I spoke with the front desk several times and was repeatedly told they would check with the manager, but I never received a clear answer or any follow-up. I checked out after the first night, yet I was still charged for the second night, even though the room was no longer being used. I understand cancellation policies, but I expected better customer service, clearer communication, and at least some effort to resolve the situation.
