Overall a very good experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. They provided the room cleaning services every day during the stay, which was really good.

The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff were very helpfully and pleasant. I want to shot out “Jordan” the front desk person. She made me feel welcome even in a very busy lobby during check in. Stayed in RM 1515. Nice view. I was able to see and hear the church belts on Sunday morning. Also able to see a little fire works. I visited the 19th floor bar. Very lively and inviting. Seating limited but nice place to see the fireworks eat and have a drink. Staff were friendly. Drinks reasonably priced. Really good place to stay if you are visiting the Yale University campus. Walking distances. The area is a little seedy. Be aware of your surroundings. Good area for eateries and a little party activities. When booking get the Deluxe Room WiFi is included. Breakfast is from 6:30-11:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Buffet style. Wished they stayed open longer on Sunday. Con - Parking key didn’t work. Went to front desk and they said you have put the room key in a certain place on the keyboard. I wish they would have just reprogrammed the key card because we continued to have issues. Parking is 25.00+tax a day. You can also park on the street and pay the meter.

I stayed at the Omni for my 50th reunion at Yale. Its location on the green is perfect, convenient to Yale and New Haven landmarks. It is a bit pricey, but worth the cost.

Awesome place to stay. The people were so friendly. The rooms were spotless. The on-site restaurant was absolutely phenomenal.

Good location, well appointed hotel. Decent sized room. Not initially clear how to access the free wifi. Went down to reception to ask for clarity but had to wait for 10 minutes because only one person checking in guests.

I found the staff particularly attentive and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Location. Spacious rooms Nothing

Waiter at the restaurant was very nice. We reserved a room with a king bed and were told on our arrival that it was not available and they only had rooms with queen beds.
-
Clean rooms, small. Outside of building looks horrible but inside everything is fine. Reasonable selection at the breakfast buffet ( although slimmer than in years past).
-
$25 to self park. For $378/night, would think the room would have a water bottle. Housekeeping opened door without knocking at 10 AM on a Sunday (had safety lock engaged). Beds, pillows, towels,& clean room…great hotel overall!

The property itself is nice and our room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly except we forgot toothpaste and asked the front desk if they had any. They didnt and said theyd send someone up to our room with some, and we waited for awhile and gave up and went and bought some. It was inconvenient. The location of the hotel was good, however and we were able to walk to nearby stores/starbucks/sallys apizza.

The basic wifi costs about $10 per day. The service and staff are great.

Overall, nice place to stay. We booked a king room, but when we arrived they said they didn’t have any left and “upgraded” us to a queen room. I told her we did not see that as an upgrade. Very disappointing. The room was mostly clean, but definitely had some dusty baseboards. The view was nice from the room and the staff was very friendly! One additional thing to note, parking is $25/day at the hotel ($28 with tax!).

I liked how close everything was to me ! Didn’t really need my car! It was difficult getting out of the parking lot especially if u forgot the ticket! That was my fault

Clean rooms and good location

We check in around 1 am, and surprise to find the hotel sits on a street lined with bars, where shouting, race cars, police sirens, motorcycles, and building equipment create noise until 3 or 4 a.m. We reserved one night and left early the following day.
-
Older hotel but well maintained. Nice front desk staff. They offered us complementary champagne and strawberries at check in. My only complaint was the location. The night of our stay it was very loud outside - hot rod cars and motorcycles going up and down the street till 1AM. There were a lot of homeless people out in the morning begging for money.

the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
