Great location

Upon arrival on a rainy evening, the staff were helpful. We were greeted with a smile and they answered all questions were had. They also had available parking spaces for guests. This was a great experience in all areas.

Location to Yale & price

I liked leaving the property Bathrooms were yucky. Mold room was not terribly clean.

This is advertised as the better hotel for Yale, however the area wasn’t ideal. It was very noisy both outside and inside the hotel at night. Not a great night sleep- unfortunately. Taxi drivers advised against walking around the area for safety.

The staff was excellent. The advertised price does not include the 59.00 charge for parking (25.00 from the hotel and 29.00 in city tax). The room was noisy. The portions were too small. No 24 hour coffee in the lobby (unless you pay for it)

Check-in by Jeanette( I believe that was her name) was friendly, informative and quick to get us out of the lobby and into our room. Most check-in are bland and drawn out for no reason, but not here at this Courtyard. The proceeds felt like a nascar pit-crew at the front desk.

I would give this a 5 star review, but the AC in the room would stay on 73 degrees. Even after changing in to 68, it would reset back to 73.

Breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have more premium Starbucks beverages included.

The location was great and the staff were among the friendliest and most hospitable I've ever encountered. Very close to Yale and to Union Station to catch the train to NYC. Breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have more premium Starbucks beverages included.

I was disappointed with the housekeeping service during my stay. My room was not cleaned, and the used amenities were never replenished. There was no fresh coffee provided, and no bottled water or drinking water was left to make coffee. I expected basic housekeeping and restocking of amenities each day, but this did not happen. This lack of attention made my stay much less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping service for future guests.
