It was clean and the front desk staff were very friendly. It was located in a poor area. Active deals going on right outside the hotel. No complimentary coffee in the morning. Only Starbucks was offered.

Upon arrival on a rainy evening, the staff were helpful. We were greeted with a smile and they answered all questions were had. They also had available parking spaces for guests. This was a great experience in all areas.

I liked leaving the property Bathrooms were yucky. Mold room was not terribly clean.

This is advertised as the better hotel for Yale, however the area wasn’t ideal. It was very noisy both outside and inside the hotel at night. Not a great night sleep- unfortunately. Taxi drivers advised against walking around the area for safety.
