All are ok. Excel other Marriot hotels.
-
The room was very clean. AC worked great in a 100 degree day.

Nice property. Clean rooms, plenty of parking and less then 10 minutes walk to Yale University.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Our family always does a quick wipe-down of hotel rooms for our own hygiene and peace of mind, and it was clear that housekeeping had already done an excellent job. Everything was clean, organized, and in great condition. The hotel also has a beautiful outdoor seating area that’s perfect for relaxing, and the fitness center is a great size, not just a tiny hotel gym, but one with enough space and equipment for a solid workout. A few things to note: breakfast is not complimentary, parking has a nightly fee, and there isn’t a microwave in the guest rooms (only one in the lobby), which was a bit inconvenient. One unexpected highlight was Sunday morning. While waiting for breakfast, the lobby TV was playing a church service & sermon, which was such an uplifting way to start the day. I was initially concerned because I noticed an overcharge on my account, but the staff handled it with genuine care and professionalism. They listened, apologized sincerely, reassured me that it would be corrected, & never dismissed my concerns. My advice to future guests is to review your receipt & charges before checking out. Overall, 9.5/10. Would recommend!

There was nothing really to complain. Everything was well done well kept. No issues no problems. Thank you.

Stuffs are very much helpful. The reception did an excellent work as I reached early, they prepared a room and allowed us to check-in early and also on the day of check out, they kept our baggage in a very clean and secured place as we had to leave the city late. We would like to stay here again.

Great stay

The staff was really nice and the facilities are nice and clean. Delicious breakfast options.

Room was great an staff held all our luggage for the day after we checked out so we could explore the Yale campus

Air conditioning did not work. The AC would turn off at 71F and would not turn on until Room temperature was up to 74F, despite setting the thermostat at lower temperatures. Also, there was a motion sensor to automatically shut off the AC when there was no movement in the room. So, the AC kept shutting off during the night when we were asleep! The bathroom door was getting stuck due to the door being a little too big for the opening! When we requested the front desk for an extra pillow, we were told that Housekeeping staff is busy undergoing training! Overall, we were disappointed by the experience. This hotel is not living-up to the Marriott standards. I guess it is running because there are not many in the vicinity of Yale University Campus.

Great stay, quiet and clean. Good food options if you don’t want to go out.
-
The only thing I can come at negatively on was the water pressure in the room, it trickled and was not refreshing.
