10/10 would recommend! Will be back
-
room service, lack of pillows (too small), lack of towels(only 2), lack of suitcase foldable platform, lack of tissues checkout time of 11:00 am is not ideal, and extended late checkout in consideration of a high holiday non-existant billed card double for room and deposits, instead of $493 for 3-king rooms, charged $1.000 and wrong charges still lingering despite a phone call, claiming that finance office not available, will eventually take care of it.

Great place
-
Spacious room Hair on my bed, long time between ordering and serving breakfast
-
They are not refunding my money for checking out a day early
-
Excellent city center location with great accommodations!
-
The room was dirty it was "cleaned" terribly I was picking up trash from others and the towels looked dirty but were rolled up and presented as if they were clean. I went to the bar at 5pm and there were no workers.

This was a really nice stay, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We really enjoyed the weight room, which was really big. Breakfast was a la carte, and very good.

The breakfast was limited. The location was great. I was surprised the rooms were not cleaned daily.

Great hotel, clean, easy to find and easy parking. TVs are not smart and you have to watch cable but other than that it was great.

Cleanliness!
-
Hotel staff was incredibly helpful at check-in and out and responded swiftly to requests for room cleaning, extra coffee supplies, hangars, new iron, etc. Great views from 6th floor rooms! The restaurant was excellent for its price-point and the restaurant/bar staff were first-rate and accommodating. Fitness center had everything and like the entire hotel was clean and very well-kept up. Perfect for a long weekend visit or week stay- a few minutes from Yale-New Haven Hospital. One of the lights wasn't working properly in my room, but that's it!
